Thanks for posting Issac. I can tell you were frustrated throughout. It was a tough slog of a match. I feel somewhat better that a shooter as good as you has the same frustrations (just at a higher level) as the rest of us. I struggled with the mental game quite a bit when several stages didn't go well at all. Even when the results were passable, I knew I wasn't shooting well. I suspect you were feeling the same by watching this video. Hang in brother!

I'm very familiar. It wasn't mental as much as fatigue. Hard to train for that but I will get better.

Top 5 was the goal but unfortunately, it was 40th. I have some gaps on my game I am correcting for next year.

Go to the uspsa website. There is a map of matches in your state. It has 9 divisions with Optics and iron sight divisions.

Carry optics allows 21 round mags? I´m shooting production in Europe as a newcomer with 15 in mag tops.

Round count doesn't matter, just the over mag length, 140mm. I can fit 24 in some mags.

Find a club that hosts competitive pistol shooting like uspsa, idpa, ipsc or multi gun.

LOL, now try same thing per IPSC rules, esp if you have 10 rds mag limit....
