2023 UPDATE! Falkirk parkrun

Join us at Falkirk parkrun for the 2023 update! Falkirk parkrun was event 4 of the tour, back on the 13th January 2018. 5 years later and it's time to come back and revisit the event. The Falkirk parkrun course is an undulating, picturesque route within Callendar Park. The course starts on gravel at Callendar House, then moves to trail paths through woods, then on to tarmac through a golf course, finally coming back onto trail paths, up a wee hill and through the woods back to the gravel and the start.
Craig and I successfully completed all the Scottish parkruns during 2018, of which there were 43. Since then we have attempted to keep up with the numerous new events!

Great video as per D. Need to get myself along to this one. Would make a pleasant change to run round that park when not dying doing National Cross.

It's a great course - and always a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.
looks like a lovely spot Douglas. how many times have we heard "heart break hill" been am ex army lad we had loads of them. there must be thousands out there :) fair play to Jen running that late on.
