Thank you for staying on top of this issue. The fact our FBI has stooped to raiding Amish farmers is a disgrace and a national embarrassment. I mean, how do you explain to people from other countries our "tough guys" are hot on the trail of a farmer's market? It makes me want to hide my face in shame as an American knowing what should be our toughest law enforcement is trying to intimidate local food growers. Because they continue to get away with it, scott free, time and time again with no repercussions at all. This is as clear a case of Restraint of Trade and Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law as I have ever seen yet, the suit capitulates into a "settlement" where Amos is still victimized by federal corporation extortion. In short, this is the world that rises from a populace as ignorant of law as an infant.

I can see them regulating publicly sold food. But they have no right to regulate privately sold food. The people buying these products know exactly what they are doing. This shouldn't even be a court case going on. I hope Amos and his lawyer are successful in their goals.

I think they are awake. But so are the crooked voting machines that are obviously infested with trojan horse malware as well as worms. Yes that's right! A trojan horse malware can switch votes! I had a weasel hacker attacking my computer years ago using these. A computer hacker can put these into your computer online, or using a memory stick. It was done to mine both ways. The guy was working on my computer. They can shut off all protections on your computer and in my case I woke up in the night and found that my tower was on after I had turned it off! So I turned the monitor on and saw some kind of script running across my screen. It was very obvious he was hacking people through my machine. He messed with the wrong person because I read everything. I read about how he was getting into my machine. And about trojan horse malware, worms, etc, so I had found freeware online that you could use free to pull these things out. Well I used two different programs to pull them. And other things. Also also at the time the anti-virus I had, had an ignore list in it. I thought now why would this guy put a name of a certain virus in an ignore list. Well after I got the computer all cleaned up, I confronted the guy. He went ballistic and then typed some certain words that pertained to the name of the virus I had removed from an ignore list. Well he got nowhere, lol. He couldn't figure out why I was still talking to him after he tried to unleash a virus on my. Computer that most certainly would have destroyed it. I did find out however that hackers can usually get into your computer or whatever simply by chatting with you. Because it's a wide open door. This guy btw was after me for more than 10 years. I had to delete every chat program I had , like Yahoo messenger, AOL messenger, and others because he would try to get in. I had firewalls too. Btw most anti virus programs only have a few hundred thousand virus definitions. A teen hacker can write one in 10 minutes or less! In fact I dont know how true it is, but I read that a teen hacker can get into a computer or voting machine in like 5 to 10 minutes. Wikki leaks btw showed where certain people from a certain ( political) party were communicating with each other about their malware being " really humming" or running. Did the people catch that I wonder? I did, and I, had seen the videos out there of voter fraud being done by people on the ground. But oh " we didnt see anything" that is a conspiracy theory! People!!! For the love of god do some research before our country is run by hitler which it looks to be happening now!!! Check out the stew Peter's show also on rumble. You won't find such whistleblowers about the deadly jab on this platform as the person running it , apparently is married to the head of google. Even when I type a comment out here about this I find later that my spelling I'd mostly all mixed up, you can barely read it! Apparently an algorithm to mess with. Conservative speech ( in my opinion).

I saw that treasure offered up for that family. He was just trying to have income and he was very particular about how I can process the meat and sold it to his members. All the departments and agencies are unconstitutional. People look to published books to interpret the constitution all filled with so much hogwash. The only laws that are allowed by The Law of the Land, our Constitution, are written in the constitution. The Bill of Rights. We even have the right as a juror to change the law at time of a verdict. If the law is unjust, a juror my vote not guilty even if the prosecution prove it's case and the Judge instructs the Jury to find a guilty verdict. That is Nullification laws. All agencies and departments are unlawful because they are not allowed by the constitution. The constitution was written to limit our government. All there rules, regulations are not allowed by the constitution thereby being mute null and void. I don't want a bloody revaluation.

Not just chemicals, but the process of destroying nutrients in the food b/c somebody is scared to death of natural food and others want to control everything we do! Having said that though, from a Christian point of view, there is coming a time when the govt (not *just the US, but everywhere (one central worldwide govt)) WILL control everything we do. The Lord told us about it and it's coming together now. :( It won't last very long though. :)

I live in NY and have been at Miller's farm several times to buy quality food. It's a shame that the government has to control everything especially our farmers who are just providing us with the best products.

This is very concerning to me. I buy almost all of my food from a similar farm not far from Amos in PA. The gov has tried several times to shut down the farm I support with bogus inspections. Never found a thing wrong but keep harassing them to impact cash flow and customer delivery. It makes me so angry.

I met Amos Miller briefly, when he was kind enough to let me photograph his farm and some of his animals. I liked him, and from our brief encounter he seemed like a good man who treated his animals well. Thank you for keeping us informed - even living in Pennsylvania, it is not always easy to get truthful, pertinent news about this. I am sorry for the Miller family's troubles, but I am glad they have found a way to avoid jail time and large fines.

In Michigan I belong to a co-op store. Very satisfied with the products that come from our local farmers. When you eat organic food which is more expensive but I don’t buy the Quantity of items I see in the larger stores. Usually peoples carts are full of soda, boxed foods, processed foods which probably add up to a lot more then my food. I buy vegetables from the Amish in the summer. They don’t use GMO seeds for crops or vegetables.

Ive read about their religious beliefs, marriage, raising lots of kids, etc. I don’t agree with everything they believe but don’t think they would break into my house and steal electrons. The government is way out of control, overstepping their bounds and stripping Americans of rights guaranteed by the constitution. These abuses are why brave people boarded wooden boats for a three month journey across the Atlantic. Escaping the very tyranny that exists in America today.

I have purchased from this farm one time and believe that Amos’s food is way more healthy than anything the govt has to offer. When they stop subsidizing dangerous and unhealthy processed food and instead subsidize food made as God intended I May felt differently. But until then I support Amos.

Totally ridiculous what they did to him and his family!! Just awful! 😡🙁

you need to ask john fettermen (dem) senator for Pennsylvania to start the process of changing all relevant legislation to ensure that "what the people want the people get". my understanding is that proceedings commenced under TRUMP so maybe BIDEN will be more open to getting things sorted.

Prayers for Amos Miller, his family and all his friends.

We used to raise and sell meat rabbits. We would process for only one person. And we stayed worried while trying to stay under the radar. The government put fear in us of being prosecuted for trying to feed our family and only trying to recoup some of what we spent on food and supplies for our animals. I have been worried about this case for a long time. Thanks so much for all your hard work. We shall see what transpires next.

You hit the nail on the head......there are many people out there that do not want all this commercial food...they want the home grown...from the farmer...fruit to vegetables to meat...I do hope the powers that be...will set it straight..and you won't have to live under the radar in fear of getting caught.....

I buy live Chickens from a local farm outside the city. They said they can't process it for us for FDA reasons. So I asked them if they could atleast teach me how to do it myself. They said yes, and they did. so now I do it myself in my own backyard. I live in the suburb of a city but law says I'm allowed to hunt and process on my property and so I do it once a month. Neighbor tried to report me but law is law so now they leave me alone and are thinking of doing it themselves as well.

I left the media out because historically they've been on all sides of this, but also because at this moment they're indistinguishable from the government itself, as the push to get coe_ vid v.a.x has shown the last 2 years (apologies, saying it properly can get you shadowbanned, throttled, & fact checked so...) Fear mongering headlines like "Greedy Farmers want to Risk Food Poisoning your Children to make a Larger Profit" are a ready made money maker for them. Explaining the other side of it would be much harder, more nuanced and wouldn't generate the kind of fear that sells papers or TV time.

In Wisconsin, former Guv, ScWalker, sent his troops to Vernon Hershberger's farm, where they filmed themselves, guns drawn, bursting into the milking room, and dumping some (still) unidentified blue liquid into the 500-gallons of raw milk being processed by the confused Amish crew. My guess is that the assault team were probably confused and disappointed that the Grand Jury were impressed with their cinematic irl portrayal of jackbooted thugs, refusing to prosecute. Raw milk products are now legal in Clubs, but not retail. Thanks, ScWalk, 'ya done good,' accidentally.

Baby cows drink it’s mothers raw milk….and was given to children years ago as long as the cows nipple was sterile clean as well as the container. Besides you could boil the milk some to kill any germs as well….then cooled and refrigerated. What a mess of a government. This type of wrong doing by the hover was never never like this years ago. Sad!

Gods blessings on Amos his farm & community. Government has gotten mighty arrogant. USDA has become another beaurocracy that needs to be defended, restructured and kept on a short leash. Adding; this attorney is giving me hope there's still some willing to fight for their clients and not just book deals.

And yet Congress REFUSES to pass Country of Origin labeling!!!

Thank you for just giving us the facts and not making this video absurdly long like some channels do for, I think, ad revenue.
