Looking at Holly Barkers fluid & efficient running technique she is the epitome of flawless. Light & running on her forefoot she's like an agile gazel. It's beautiful to watch.

Everytime I watch a race on KZread the winner is described in these terms. If something other girl overtook her and won that girl would then be the elegant efficient gazel etc etc

You have to watch Rylee Blade: she is biomechanically so efficient it's like she's skipping over the road.

Never stopped working. Really impressive.

I can't wait to see how H. Barker and The JSerra team stack up against outside OC competition. The whole JSerra team coming back next year.

It will interesting to see how Barker does against Englehart & Blade at State next month.
