I had a small issue with lining up this cover. I positioned everything and tightened it down...then went to close the tailgate..no go... wheni went to move the cleats the screw head stripped..i lived with it clipping down off center for a month..then i contacted the company asking if they could send me 4 set screws.. i got a call back quickly... THE VERY NEXT DAY I had 4 completely new cleats at my door before 10 am This is a great company!!!

Thank you so much, your video made my install simple. I had trouble putting the driver side clamp on because the rail where they met was off just a bit, but a little persuasion (gently with a crowbar) I was able to slide to the clamp into position. The cover fits and looks incredible. I also utilized your video for letters install on the front grill and tailgate, that also came out awesome. Thanks again for your videos, much appreciated.

had one on my 2005 Frontier 6ft bed. The Trfold was great , it was a Tri Festa. saved me like 2 mpgs with my pro-net on on

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TRIM the plastic to apply a clamp to the metal part of the bed rail, and the bed rail cover is not just laying on top. If you looked, as I have done on my 2023 Frontier, the metal from the fender is basically covered by the plastic rail and if you install a clamp on those areas, you are clamping onto the plastic as well as the metal underneath And many of the other covers use standard clamps. There are some areas where you might have to trim some plastic. But not many. As for using the Utili-track tracks, they are very firm, but by adding those brackets you won't be able to slide the parts on the track and if factory, have to remove and go around those clamps you are installing. If aftermarket, some you have to slide in from the opening at the front/rear of a track and slide to the location needed; cant do that with your silly clamps from Bison. One example is the gator line of hard cover tonneau covers are clamp have rails clamped in three places and all are clamped to the fold over metal from the fender. For those who don't believe, lay on our back with a flashlight and look into the bottom of the bedrail, or if tall enough bend over and look up into the bedrail. You will see metal overs approx. 70 percent of the entire area with a small few areas where plastic is lower then then metal. And Utili-track is not installed on ALL frontiers.

Do you mean the actual aluminum tracks? I think z1 offroad had them now but it bolts to the body of the truck so it's quite a lot of work to install them apparently

Any thoughts or concerns on this cover going through a fully auto carwash? I purchase unlimited washes and use car wash as often as 3 times a week based on weather.

I've gone through a few auto washes and so far no issues.

Just bought this cover. When I finished it and locked it down I was unable to close the tailgate. I may have to move it a bit closer to the rear window. Thoughts?

Yeah I lined it up about 1cm away from the body of the truck and it gave enough room to close the gate
