Purdue was playing dirty. dude tried to rip Corum's head off and the refs game Corum a holding. maybe Purdue's coach should worry about his own undisciplined 2-7 team.

I think every team from here on out is going to be playing dirty. Don't be surprise if refs act like they don't see things.

@@MrDuneedon yes it has I just hope we win it all cause the ramifications will probably inhibit our success for the next 5 seasons and with big ten expansion coming it will also be a lot harder to contend, so this seems like an almost last ride to me

This year Michigan team is more balanced offensively. Last year they would just run through the 10 men in the box, but this year they're letting their QB throw instead.

the walters interview is kinda hilarious given that an illinois staffer confirmed that walters was using stolen signs against UM as the illinois DC last season. UM switched to wrist bands during the game suggesting that they suspected it, but never complained. the funny part is that the bylaws stalions is alleged to have violated were enacted ONLY to prevent schools with a bigger budget from spending more on stealing signs. and the NCAA actually debated repealing those specific bylaws only a couple of years ago. so the premise is that it's OK to steal, but you can't spend more money than others can afford to do it. and given how technology has changed since the implementation of that bylaw, the NCAA already questioned the usefulness of the bylaw. and while harbaugh is now culpable under a new bylaw that makes the head coach responsible, the NCAA has found that there's no evidence that harbaugh knew what was going on, and given that it required a private investigation to uncover this, it'd look inane to suggest that harbaugh didn't do his due diligence by hiring private investigators to dig into the activities of his entire staff. that would cost more than sending someone to an opponent's game to scout them using their iphone.

it gets better: in the postgame interview, walters said that UM had scripted some new plays which shredded the purdue defense on the first two drives, but once they went back to some of the regular plays, their defense improved - probably because they had signs for those plays.

Purdue coach making excuses. Larry Lage of the Associated Press indicates that a former employee at a Big Ten football program was instructed to steal signs, along with being asked to compile a spreadsheet of play-calling signals used by Michigan during the 2022 season. Was this a Purdue employee?
