It's kind of impressive that Lincoln was able to get less electrical range, less power, AND less total (gas+electric) range. Maybe a few less seat options and more battery pack would be wiser.

I have a 2022 Corsair. I get 41-46 all electric miles. I have had the car charge up for a combined total range of 636 miles. The Corsair phev has more horse power than you would normally use. All this with all those seat options! Many manufactures list their electric range lower than reality, Ford is one of those manufactures. I considered the Old Looking Lexus but I purchased the Lincoln

I have the 2020 Reverse and the seat often squeaks when I move and the passenger door rattles when I turn the music up. Despite all this, I’m still in love with the vehicle. 🥰

Lexus all day! Out of all the generic vehicles I have owned over the years(Gm,Dodge,Ram,Infiniti, Mazda,Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Ford,Nissan). The Lexus has been the most satisfying and reliable.

Lincoln total win., Lexus red interior. Yikes, sad, Exterior Front, I like both. Lexus is on the sport side, but paying extra to get rid of the black by the wheels, negative at this price range. Back end, Lincoln. Lexis turn signal is square? Really. with the other design elements. Major miss on design detail. I have a MKZ Hybrid, my 2nd. no squeaks on the interior. No issues with Android Auto in the version 3, I'm in. Might be a Bad Apple issue with the computer lag in the Lincoln. LOL. You didn't try an Android. Interface might act differently. I use both systems Apple and Android, the interface varies with application. Panoramic Roof. Plus. The glass roof adds more weight than what Lexus has, so that eats up on range. Some of your comments are Lexus oriented. Folks should try both and decide for themselves, what works for them.

@@minhkha6143 the pano roof doesn’t open on the venza. It’s the star gaze feature Not to mention the venza and even the rav4 limited both have a better instrument cluster than the nx 😂 Besides the missing tech isn’t really much since the tech in the nx is mostly useless to begin with

Nice party trick but doesn’t work 😂 I’d rather get a an NX with a FUNCTIONAL pano roof with upgraded Mark Levinson, 14” infotainment systems and better color combinations exterior/interior than a boring Venza. Venza only looks good from the front. The side is dull and smooth with no bold lines. Looks like an old women’s car 😂. Has less horsepower than an NX and quality material inside. I know because I sat in both! You’re better off getting a RAV4 that can do practically everything!

After 10 years, which of these two vehicles will still have zero rattles? Which one will still have 100% of functions still working perfectly? No contest at all. Lexus all the way.

$67K for the Corsair as shown? Wow. Squeaks and rattles included free of charge though, so that’s a plus. :)

Thanks for the honest review, I try very hard to like the Lincoln Corsair PHEV but the fact that you mentioned about the squeaks and rattling kills the deal. For now I will hold on to my Kia Sorento PHEV a little longer.

I test drove a 2024 Lincoln Corsair 2 months ago when shopping for a new vehicle. The Corsair squeaked everytime I pressed the breaks. I ended up purchasing a 2025 NX350h and I love it! It was between the Genesis GV70 and the Lexus for me. I enjoyed driving the Lexus slightly better (although the interior is much nicer in the genesis) and plus the better gas mileage with having the hybrid model with the Lexus.

I think the Lincoln looks better inside and out but it is a shame that the build quality is not up to par. The Lexus interior looks more tech focused which I love but there is something about the grille that is off to me. I think the spindle grille interpretation works better on other Lexus products. I think the Lexus is the better long term option however.

Now that the shine has worn off, many of their models are being sold as far discounted prices now because people have come to realize that if they’re paying such a premium for a “luxury” car, the least they could expect was for the door panels to even align. you always grasp at straws when it comes to hating on lexus. 😂😂

Great comparison! I'd go with the Lexus since Toyota has produced over 20 million hybrids. BTW People select PHEVs over BEVs because they are a better fit to their use case.

I’m 6 feet tall and the Corsair is not small at… in fact, I have to pull my seat up closer to the steering wheel… that NEVER happens. Usually my seat is further back. This is my second Lincoln and the cabin is always cramped when it comes to the passengers in the back… not in the corsair. People fit comfortably back there… people 6 feet and above.

With the luxury trim you do actually get semi-aniline leather with Nuluxe trim. The best tell is to look at the chevrons stitched into the seat itself.

I have a 2022 Corsair Grand Touring. There are no squeaks and rattles. I test drove a Lexus NX hybrid and it just wasn't a luxury car. It rode much rougher and was much noisier than the Lincoln. If I wanted a nice upscale sporty car, the Lexus would be nice. But I wanted a luxury car, so I bought the Lincoln.

Lexus hands down. I've driven both Lincolns and Lexus' over the years. At about 75,000 miles you begin to see the remarkable difference, not coincidentally just about the time the warranty expires. For long term reliability, unequalled quality at every level, engineering superiority (squeezing more mile out of the battery, and from the gas) you will not beat Lexus. Even if you do a comparison with MB you you will find the Lexus superior. And finally, if you ever do resell the Lexus, count on getting about 20% higher resale than the Lincoln or MB.

Lexus! Lexus!! Lexus!!!

The Lincoln is a wagon. Yes, a wagon. It's just a tall wagon. The interior is not as cohesive as the Lexus. The Lexus flows and has little fuss though I wish Lexus would get rid of all gloss plastic, including the screens. Otherwise, nice, understated interior. It's clear the Lexus is the better built and more refined car.

I like Lexus because of it reliability because I bought a brand Ford explorer V6 engine 28 years ago it last to 90,000+ miles it blew head gasket. But I had a 140,000+ miles Camry didn't leaked any oil 🪔 til I totalled it. So that's why I like Toyota.

In comparing prices, don't you also need to mention that the Corsair plug-in qualifies for a $3760 partial EV tax credit while the Lexus does not?

In Canada, the Lexus qualifies for $5000 instant rebate. The Ford does not, since it doesn't go far enough on a charge.

the only reason to choose the bore- ota is for perceived reliability.

I still see , resembles of the mazda in the corsair , nautilus , aviator.

They're both very short on charge range! Why do they bother making them to find out a couple years later they don't sell. 50-100 miles then generator without transmission. Save weight and space.

You're just flat wrong about the chrome on the front of the Corsair. If you want 'butt ugly', you only have to check out any Lexus suv front end in the last few years. Yikes!

The Lincoln is more luxurious and better featured, but for full price? Neither. Instead after 2-3 years depreciation, the Lincoln is cheaper and the price difference buys me a CPO warranty covering any reliability issues. The answer is to buy a 2-3 year old CPO Lincoln + warranty.

Cars don't exist in a vacuum - you have use cases. If you have kids, it seems like the Lincoln is the better option. You can say the hard black plastic on the rear of the front seats is cheap and not luxury, but its ideal for my kid's dirty shoes, for example.

Lincoln to me looks much better on the outside---but the squeaks and rattles is a no go for me.

Lincoln looks better in every way in my opinion.

That’s weird. I have RAV4 Prime XSE premium and I have pano roof and heated rear seats. Surprised the luxury version Lexus doesn’t have these features

Toyota/Lexus always do weird stuff like that which baffles me. They arbitrarily remove features in trims so they can get more money out of you.

Front of the Lincoln is so much nicer, but wished they kept foglights. Love the little bit of chrome while absolutely passionately hating the Lexus spindle. The side view of the Lexus is like any other SUV, while the Lincoln at least has its own style. As to rear end styling neither is as interesting as a Genesis, so take your pick. I'll take the Lincoln over the Lexus any day.

Most companies are going away with fog lights, their theory is that fog lamps don't do anything because the led headlights have a nice range and it's redundant.

IMO, Lincoln looks much better inside & out ... Lexus exterior looks out of proportion & interior looks dated & bland ... Corsair name should go away & bring forth a better name, despite the Ford history of Corsair nameplate as well as other brands using that name ... Prost - Slainte' - Cheers !
