Getting upgraded gears, beefier axle, better brakes, small lift, better tires, upgraded wheels, supported tailgate, for the $4k package cost is a steal!Aftermarket cost for that much extra would be double.

Thanks so much for the comparison. Just purchased a 2023 Wrangler Rubicon and I'm glad I did. The Extreme Recon , though awesome, gave me sticker shock when I saw that.

Defintely worth the extra money imo. Going aftermarket and getting the same set up would cost WAY more than what Jeep is offering with this package.

Xtreme recon has steel uprights/spindles while the non XR is aluminum

How much do these extreme recon wheels and tires weigh compared to the standard rebucon

Is there a difference between the extreme recon tire package and a wrangler extreme recon or are they the same thing?

Yo Brett, how does the Recon Rubicon ride in terms of roughness, etc? Is it pretty smooth? I have a 2015 Rubicon and it is quite bumpy on roads.

To me, it’s just as smooth as a regular Jeep. I have a 23 extreme recon and had a 21 JLU sport. More tire noise since they are bigger.

It also appears the XT Recon has an extended rear camera bezel?

Hmm, the wheels are 10 bolt bead locks now. Looks weird. That's different from the 2022 XR wheels.

why is it cost more than $2000 to have 3.6 v6 instead of 2.0 turbo? So you have to pay more to get 3.6 v6 now?

What is the difference in overall ground clearance?

So i measured from the bottom of the front differential cover on a High Tide (same setup) and a standard Rubicon. Ground clearance on the High Tide was 11 1/8" and the ground clearance on the Rubicon was 10 1/4" So 7/8 higher Ground Clearance with the Extreme Recon 35 Inch Tire and Wheel Group. Hope this helps!

If a person could acquire this lift from the extreme recon, could it be put on a 2022 Sahara? Springs sway bar links shocks?

I've been hearing rumors for a while now that Jeep plans to offer the Extreme Recon package on other trim levels than the Rubicon. As of yesterday, however, the Extreme Recon package didn't show up on the Jeep webpage except on the Rubicon. What can you tell is about that?

Extreme recon has Iron knuckles, the standard Rubicon has Aluminum knuckles.

Anyone have a white Willys 4Door with the Extreme Recon 35 package? Locals dealers want 12k over Jeep's website builder. No thanks. (willing to fly)
