I wish KIA brought this newest version of the Mohave to the USA, with the Stinger's twin-turbo V6, or an electrifoed version of that engine with more hp/torque. There *is* a market for it! I had a 2009 Borrego and it was fantastic, best SUV I've ever jad thus far. Unfortunately, it got totalled last year when I got T-boned. Now I have a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz... downgrade in many respects... no more off-roading for now. KIA, if you are reading, pleeeeease bring the Mohave back to the USA!!!

They could easily put any of the Genesis engines in the Mohave as it's also RWD/longitudinal engine mount. That would be wicked!

Yes, if you love body on frame structure SUV, then you will love Mohave.

If Kia brought an updated premium full size Mohave to North America to compete with the Expedition, Tahoe, Yukon, and even the Armada, it might outsell the Telluride. Give it a 6 cylinder with at least 350hp and solid towing ability and Kia would make 💰💰💰

I would definitely choose the Hyundai but, the Kia looks great! And I prefer the exhausts on the Kia over the Hyundai. They seriously need to go dual!

That is a great idea.

I ended up buying the Mohave over the Palisade. The rugged body on frame was appealing. Plus all that extra power along with a more sophisticated suspension. People here call it "Korean Range Rover." It's a different kind of ride! I'm really enjoying it!

Both vehicles are nice in their own regard ... Not an equal match up as offset would/should have been Palisade's twin Kia Telluride ... No matter, still an interesting comparison ... Yes - please - as to ownership of either Kia or Hyundai ... Slainte' ! Cheers !

Hyundai Palisade is a lot better than the Fortuner. I have both. Im selling the Fortuner. Interior of Toyota is so boring. And so bumpy on the road.

The other thing I observed is that the US Palisade had lamps in each of the headlamp assembly but the S/Korean variant has 3 set of lamps each in the headlamp assembly. Is there a reason for the difference?

Well, it's still based on the body on frame structure, but Kia has revised suspension and most of its components, so Yes, I think it is a fair competition.

The Mohave had a serious top to bottom remake in 2019 and another refresh for this year. It feels thoroughly modern.

Actually I bought the Mohave over the Palisade. For me, the higher ride, more sophisticated suspension, extra power and toughness swayed me. But I think the Palisade is a really beautiful machine!

Does your company apricate your American style of humor, I certainly do and me coming from Denmark is a similar situation, as the Danes have a very dry sense of humor.

Well, it's not new, but still nice body on frame SUV.

Palisade is absolutely hideous. Looks like a Lexus wannabe and frankly not flattering. Kia nailed it with the new Telluride. Palisade, nah.

South Korean cars are only as good as Kim Jong doesn't blow them off map.....I like VinFast from Vietnam is more stable in warranty
