Is the Honda Sensing system any better now than in the 2020 Accords? It's decent, but not entirely confidence inspiring on my 2020. It's not the best at staying centered without bouncing from side to side. And sometimes it can just cross the lines, which is NOT what I wanted whatsoever.

It's a normal industry practice, though we wish we could all have it. The Pilot/CRV/Civic are some of the cars that bring in a lot of money for Honda, and they can't afford to mess something up that would cause sales declines- especially since the current competitive segments are so good. The Accord already has low sales volumes, so they are using that as a platform to test new tech before they adapt those new options to all the other compatible models. The Accord can afford to have issues, to the Civic, CRV, or Pilot. I would expect the new infotainment to become available in the next 2 years. It's just normal industry practice.

Not only do you have to pay more upfront for a car with significantly better mpg, but that vehicle also has used more environmental resources from the get-go in its initial manufacture that won’t balance out for a long time. Not to mention higher complexity and cost in maintenance. From a financial standpoint, you can invest the money you saved and come our far ahead by the end of the car’s life than the piddly amount of gas savings. Also from an environmental standpoint, electrified components are far more difficult (and thus unlikely) to be recycled at the end the car’s life.

Nice video as always, and a great car - but I pray for the day when car manufacturers will use a more flowing design on the dashboard, not having a "tablet" sticking out. Kudos to Mercedes Benz on this point

Your host is not fully correct. The Integra can be had with a manual, and while technically an Acura, it's essentially a Civic with a bump in power and refinement.

I wonder can you turn the HUD display off...? I absolutely can't stand HUD's they are obnoxious and i feel more of a distraction than anything else. If not then i'd rather go with a Touring model which doesn't have that feature.

There is a way to turn the HUD off. First, turn on your car. Then, using the right side scroll wheel, scroll down until you see “Heads auto Display Settings” and click that by pressing in the wheel. Then, scroll down and click on the setting to turn it off.

I don't get why car manufacturers today are going with a 10 speed auto. When all you hear about them is having troubles shifting. I think an 8 speed is more than sufficient as i have in my 2020 Kia Sorento SXL V6 AWD.

Love the truck but why oh why Honda. Can't you put in gas struts to lift the hood instead of a dinky prop rod bar. I always feel so unsafe with these little bars holding up the hood rather then 2 strong gas struts. And i think many folks would agree. Considering MANY other SUV's have been doing that for a while now.
