Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
The Honda Accord is all new for 2023, featuring a completely redesigned exterior and interior, new hybrid engines, and new technology. A sophisticated new exterior gives way to Honda's new interior design language that first debuted in the Civic, which features a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen and 10-inch digital gauge cluster. New drivetrains include two-motor hybrid electric systems.
Accord is a 5-passenger midsize car that is only offered as a 4-door sedan. Competitors include the Hyundai Sonata, Kia K5, Mazda 6, Nissan Altima, and Toyota Camry. A hybrid variant is also available.
Six trims are offered: LX, EX, Sport, EX-L, Sport-L, and Touring. Two engines are available: A turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder that produces 192 horsepower, and a 2.0-liter twin-motor hybrid that produces 204 horsepower. Both engines mate to a continuously variable automatic transmission. Pricing ranges from $28,000 to $40,000.
The price for the 2023 Accord Hybrid EX-L in today’s video is $37,884. Do you get the right features for that price? Discover the answer in today’s Vehicle Visionary video!

Close to a $4,000 markup for wheels locks, window tint, splash guards, and a plastic trunk tray?? Thanks for letting us know to avoid this dealership...

Yeah, looks like the dealership had his way with this guy and didn’t even use lube I mean, unless that included taxes and fees. Then it actually sounds about right. Taxes in NY are over 3k for that car

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That's the exact model Accord I have. The Urban Gray color is a bit outside my comfort zone, but I need to stretch out from more boring white, black and blue colors I tend to pick. I've had it for 9 months and been very satisfied. Mileage during warm months met EPA projections of around 50 mpg for this model. In winter I expect it to drop to around 40 mpg or a bit less, but you can't complain with these Prius-level mileage numbers. I find a sedan much more fun to drive than Honda truck platform products, but the only drawback is low center of gravity for getting in and out. Make sure you can bend into the car and out of it.
As I've said in other comments for this channel, the transmission buttons of the previous gen were better than the stick. People are really stuck on the stick, but buttons are easy-to-use and out of the way of drinks and phones.
For the $34k MSRP this is a good car. For $37k...it's a rip off. Go to an honest dealer and get a deal on a Touring model for near the same price.
I went early in the 2023 Accord market last March and there were almost none on dealer lots yet. The dealer I went to now tacks on *$4000* of markup options on every new Honda now. I tried to leave but they had my keys for eval of my trade-in. I kept refusing to pay for all the extras but the dealer REALLY wanted to sell me the car. The salesman seemed desperate, but in the end, I got a good deal of paying only for the options installed on the car like mudflaps. I told the dealer I was "morally opposed' to the markup items being forced on customers; the dealer wouldn't even reserve an incoming vehicle and leave off the markups. You really have to stand up to dealers that impose these MSRP markups.
We just bought that 2023 ex-l for $34,500 including the distination charge.
Does the passenger seat have power height adjustment to raise and lower seat?

What color is that
Tom. I'm sure that I'm not the only one waiting to see what Honda's future plans for the next generation Honda Odyssey Minivan.

Wheel locks at Walmart are a few bucks 😂 I’ll tell them take em off cut that price
I’ll never pay for a exl for 38,000 😂
Car gurus has those for 28000 with 12k miles the exl trim and u made this video 8 months ago
U won’t pass inspection in NC with those tints
Good mechanically reliable car as usual by Honda, however I don't like the underwhelming and disappointing styling. I've been an owner of four Accords in my lifetime. A 1991 that was totaled in high school, a 1994, the 2002 and the 2012. This one seems to have a great updated interior but an odd styling on the exterior. Not a fan of the black housing in the headlamps and taillights. Also the universal removal of all chrome trim "cheapens'" the appearance of even the highest EX-L model. It looks cheaper than all of its rivals. Not a fan of this model year. Looks like a rental car. Won't be buying another one. I may be forced to graduate to the Acura?
I wish your gospel about turn signals spreads to all parts of the country, nay, the world! It's really frustrating when people turn willy nilly without indicating their intent.
No siriusXM tho smh
It’s so darn dull, boring and ugly 😢 Everything else is great 😊

I think the term you're looking for is "understated." And that "urban gray" paint doesn't help! A lot of car designs have gone for an aggressive look, and most of those designs are overdone. This is a well-mannered family car, and the design matches that expectation. (I have the 2023 EX-L in Canyon River Blue. Love it.)

@@dianewilson7415 Externally it’s a dog’s breakfast. Internally its outstanding. This is the last design of the Accord as it’s being discontinued. 😊
The problems I find with the 2023 Honda Accord: 1. No All Wheel Drive is available 2. No heated steering Wheel is available 3. No spare tire is available 4. No XM Radio. If a 2023 or 2024 car missing all of these features is fine for you, then get one. Hopefully, by the time 2025 comes around these deficiencies will be resolved.
