I saw your family trip you took there in Texas I believe. I recently went to Malisa, Texas, and we made a wrong turn and drove right into Buc ees it was late at nite and we got the beef brisket sandwiches 🥪 😋 they were the best part of our trip!🙏🏻🌻✨️🕊💜😊

About FAO Schwartz, they were resurrected by the same investment firm that rebooted the Toys R Us brand. It’s more of a boutique store now, but the NYC location is still quite large - multi story. I wonder if they’ll consider bringing back K B Toys? They seem to appreciate nostalgia. 😊

The material is Acrylic. It’s plastic but a very thick, crystal clear, and often heavy plastic. It’s certainly trending and I love it! I bought their large acrylic icicles from Tahari last year and they’re awesome! When I saw that they were doing LED lighted Trees and Acrylic Reindeer - I had to get them for my Winter Decor! So good! So Damaris are you continuing with the Tree Farm theme or mixing it up this year? I thought your display last year was just wonderful! Seems like the Gingerbread/Candy Theme seems to be catching your eye. Perhaps for next year? 😊 They overstocked on it this year due to the demand for it last year, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a lot of it on Clearance after Christmas!

The Salzburg Creations (the $80 tree) are SUPER expensive trees. If you look up the tree they are $165(the smallest one)-$600. The $80 one in home goods is $400-$600 something online. I think home goods got their pass season decor. Definitely luxury decor. (My prices aren’t exact but the range help you get an idea ) .

Demaris,the clear material is called acrylic material! It's related to plexiglass I believe!

I love holiday shopping with you! ❤ I’m not a huge shopper, but I love looking at all the Christmas decor. I guess it stems from my years in retail management/sales in the home departments. I’m in search of linens and decor for my kitchen table. That’s my focus for this year. My Christmas dishes are casual with a holly design (Pfaltzgraff Winterberry). I break them out the day after thanksgiving. I’m thinking a green plaid cloth and maybe some red/white placemats. But I saw some cute plaid chargers on Kirkland’s website that might work in lieu of placemats and just using them with the bare table and a runner. Decisions decisions! 🤷🏻‍♀️ My napkins have a retro Santa face on them (mud pie brand). I like layering. Made one table runner, got another to make. Found some cute retro Santa fabric. Living room decor is fairly neutral. No tree. I do a mantelscape and then I have a small vignette I do on my sofa table that has a few handmade pieces. Very low key. Dining room is a Christmas holly tablecloth and Kirkland’s centerpiece (my niece was a buyer for last year’s holiday collection. She no longer works there. And bummer, my town’s store closed. I do love their stuff). Front porch will be my metal merry Christmas sign, a wreath, and a doormat. In fact, my doormat arrives today. 😊 I’m ready to decorate, but it’s waaaaaaaaaaaaay too early. Thanks for taking us along.
