I got a 2024 it is a very nice handling truck. Took it for a trip to Seattle went well. After driving that far we had to get out about half way. I'm 75 have to stretch my legs. The seat did get uncomfortable after a 8 hour drive. I think that would be normal. I'm having a hard time with all the electronics not used to that stuff. I got all the safety stuff to being older. I actually learned so stuff by watching you. Lots of things to have to do to drive this. Might be a little much for me. I do love the truck.

Nice looking truck … really like these.

All 2024’s will now have the full 10” gauge cluster like the Canyon and ZR2. Nice upgrade. I do like the 8” though, gives me the info I need. Would be nice to be able to flip thru the pages on the cluster versus having to move them from the infotainment over , but it’s all there on one screen or the other

I purchased this same truck with the high output engine option. Just rolled 3k miles and i must say I LOVE it so far.

I got my Trail Boss calibrated to the 430# torque also

only on the 2023, all the 2024's with the higher output will be 430 ft/lbs

Nice truck, my new Trail Boss is same color, I bought mine to pull my 20ft Bullet bass boat, it matches perfectly, I’m getting black wheels for my boat trailer! I got every option you can get for TB,, i bought the Trail Boss for the 2inch lift and 3 inch wider stance! I just like how beefy they look! I payed 41,200 I payed cash for the sprayed in liner

Loving it so far. Now that I have over 500 miles on it I’ve pushed it a bit harder and it really moves, lotsa power.

I live in Phoenix AZ & I’m thinking about either this model or the ZR2. Do you think this Z71 with the 20’s would still be ok off-road on some easy trails? I’m not looking to rock crawl, just looking to get out into some rocky trail terrain for hiking etc. any idea? Thanks!

Absolutely, they would be more than ok and very smooth on the road.

Why the chevy over the gmc? Seems like you can get a AT4 model for about the same price with the same options.

averaging around 18-19, but hits 22-23 on the highway

Sadly GM went away with gas hood struts and replaced with a manual hood props. Every new car should come with gas struts. Plus the gauge cluster doesn’t fill the whole screen. Be nice if they added a physical speed cluster like the previous gen

The 24’s have a full gauge cluster, but mine doesn’t bother me, it still has plenty of info and is nice to look at.

This is exactly what i ordered lol. only difference is I added the black wheel arch moldings

Nice, I debated on those, but gives you a more offroad look for sure. I just ordered some Go Rhino Dominator Xtreme DSS Side Steps with Rocker Panel, should look nice but be low profile. I’ll add a video whenever they come in. Your gonna lover your truck!!

My Colorado TB is bigger than my full-size 02 silverado , not as wide but a taller thicker truck, I bought my 02 silverado brand new too, and kept it in perfect shape and will never sell it!
