    As someone who was there the entire weekend (and did the boot-camp)... This was probably the best show of them all.

    Great job. I normally am not a fan of pyromusicals. But this was amazeballs. The song, product, and choreography, were all so good that I watched it 3 times 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @James derrick I guess I enjoy the sound of the actual fireworks, even the lifts more. Pyromusicals are often too loud on the music side. But I enjoy watching ones that can hold beats using ground initiated effects. Also enjoy the mascaletas that do the same. Loved this one for that reason. Softer song and beautiful effects and timing. Not just random stuff going off while God bless America blares too loud .

    @@leftiluci379 ty for reply. I could hardly hear the music when there. But I can understand if it took away from the fireworks. This was really well done..

    I've watched this countless times now. For me this might be THE pinnacle of a 1.4/1.4 Pro Pyro Musical, in my eyes you absolutely killed it, and I'm afraid it cannot be outdone. I want it to be outdone, but I don't know how it could be. B-E-A-UTIFUL. This is a tough one to beat and I only wish I was there to witness it in person, incredible display. I'd love to see the shoot list, especially the peony shells that start @ the 1:50 mark, they're so clean. Sub'd and looking forward to more from you.

    This one impacted me so hard that night!! It was the best performance! Blew my mind, they said this guy was an amateur, but it felt the most real out of all 5. Brought tears to my eyes. I just felt the music with the experience of seeing this in person and it was truly beautiful.

    bravo. just awesome. There cant be enough said about this show. I keep seeing more of it the more times I watch it. It cant be understated the musical selection accompanied by the excellently timed pyro, without both components, its no where near as impactful.

    I just heard you on a podcast talking about pyromusicals and came to check you out... wow! I love your work and really appreciated your thoughts on creating shows. I'm looking to do my first show to music this July with 36 manual cues and consumer cakes. I know it won't be this, but I'm hoping it'll he fun and enjoyable.

    Truly awesome! Any chance you could send over any info in terms of how the positions were laid out? I'll have 6 positions for my first true pyromusical this year and trying to think through spacing and placement. Also any idea how many cues this was?

  • @tongpopyro2691

    @tongpopyro2691

    it was 5 positions 60 feet apart and roughly 500 cues. i recommend always having an odd number of positions, not an even number, that way you always have a center position

    @TONG PO PYRO thanks! Were you running each position from its own modules? I am adding more 72Ms and slats to my arsenal this year and trying to configure my best layout. New layout is 5, 3, 2, 2 , 1 positions, and using slats everywhere I can that duplicates cues

    @@dustinbercot8329 i never link slats together. each position gets its own mods. i use slats so i can prewire ahead of time, so all i have to do on show day is plug the cable to the mod. my opinion on people that run multiple slats off one mod and connect them from position to position, what's the point of having a wireless system if you are going to use long run of cables. if i don't have enough mods, i borrow.

    @TONG PO PYRO great point, and the cost of slats and cables is expensive as well, I had to go this way as I don't have any opportunity to borrow, but would much prefer to have mods at every position. Definitely would make it easier
