one of the biggest or rather tallest growth spurts in figure skating history. I am rooting for him.🏆

Skate Canada better help him regain consistency because Stephen is their best hope. He’s finally regaining his skills after the massive growth spurt and years of adjusting to an ever changing body. Good luck with your next competitions, Stephen, your future in the sports seems bright again!

Agreed. Outside of him and maybe 1 or 2 other junior guys who skated in seniors its looking pretty bleak for talent. Hope I am wrong though

Skate Canada is one of the most generous federations in the world. They give $1,000 to $10,000 every month to the top skaters to all their skaters. Their monthly grants do help a lot, even the $12,000 some skaters get can help a lot with many things. I know they want their athletes to be the best and they push them a bit..but I have realized they do care about them and they want them to triumph. They pay the rehabilitation of their skaters and physical therapy in a million dollar incredible sport center. Their use is free always, their healths are checked often. Most likely they train them at times for free. Does the get federation help with the round trip travels of the skaters?

He did so well… I hope he’ll get some inspiration from Nathan Chen and develop his lines. I’m tall for a skater and I grew 5.5 inches in one year and it was so hard. I was 6’2” when I stopped competing but my coaches had me in dance classes and I had John Curry, Robin Cousins, Janet Lynn, Dorothy Hamill, scott hamilton, to learn from … he’s coming into his own… I wish the best for him.

Stephen, you are always skating in black and grey, it is so depressing! What`s wrong with your mood? I am sure the costume is important

Thank you so much for inspiring me! ♥
