I lived right across the valley from the Shepherd Tower, my balcony opened to a direct view while east i watched the sun rise over Branson ... I was Blessed to have lived there ☺️✝️🕎😆

So many new things in 2023, so many new things every year. To me, one of the best things about visiting Branson often is being able to revisit old favorites, plus there is always something new to try out.

We agree!!! We do get excited about new things, but we are equally excited if not even more excited for our family tradition visits filled with nostalgia.

I been going to Branson ever since I was little multiple times each year! And now I’m 23 almost 24, It was the perfect vacation for my siblings and my grandparents and now that I have started my own family I’m so excited to start our own traditions with my little family just like we did with my family

That is awesome!!! That is a lot like us. We each had our own family traditions in Branson before getting married. Now that we are married and have our own kids, we do some of our old family traditions and started new ones on top of them.

I've been meaning to write for some time now. I really appreciate your videos We travel to Branson yearly and it's good to stay caught up on everything. I wanted to recommend you guys do a review of the Freedom Encounter. It was a nice family friendly show that has big plans for the future. I visited last year and thought of how cool it would be if you all ever reviewed it on your show. Thank you for all your good work.

We appreciate it everything you said!!! As far as doing reviews on shows, we only go to the ones that invite us. It gets tricky when it comes to copyright and things of that nature. So we have to be able to prove that we are doing promotional work for the show before we can put it on KZread. Would love to do Freedom Encounter sometime in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

Queen Esther is amazing! Have you been to the Freedom Journey Show at the Freedom Encounter Theater? If not you should check it out next season. I think your family would enjoy it!

We have been busy during the Holiday season. We had some unexpected unfortunate things take up a large part of our time, but we still were able to spend the Holidays with each other and that is all we can ask for.

It kind of depends on what you are wanting to do. A large part of Branson will be back in full force during the Spring Break season. In our part of Missouri, no one has any idea what the weather will be like during that time though. So if you are wanting to do a lot of things on the Lakes, then probably wait until it is warmer. If you are wanting to hit up the indoor attractions or shows, it is probably better to come during Spring Break time if you want to avoid the largest crowds. SDC will be open during that time and last year they had a Spring Break Festival. Each trip to Branson during each season brings its own positives and negatives. It just depends on which activities you are wanting to enjoy.

Why is it, for me anyway, that the strongest desire to visit Branson/SDC always hits right after the close of the season?? The next two and a half months are going to be a struggle. I think quite a few people might find it helpful to have a video about things to do in the off season in Branson.?.

Fair point. Branson has lots of conventions about Jesus and one of the largest Elvis impersonator conventions. We also have at least four shows that feature Elvis too. We defiantly have those covered.🤣🤣🤣

In the beginning of the video you all talk about “thousands of visitors”. I’ve always heard it was like 6 million visitors a year?

Over the course of a year it is 7.2 million on average and growing each year. We probably had one of those moments where we meant to say one thing and it came out another. We meant thousands at a time, but it sure didn't come out that way.

What was the American Theatre 1st name. I don't remember the theatres name when my friend and I went there in 2006-2007

Originally it was the Plummer Family Theater in the 1970's. The play that our girls were in at Shepherd of the Hills was written, directed, and produced by Randy Plummer from that family. It was Moe Bandy's for a long time as well.
