So an E-Class Burmester is better? Is the Bower & Wilkins in this car much of a difference? I heard nothing good about it so I hoped the H/K to perform all right. It has at least an EQ, I'd assume you could make it sound decent after changing a 1'000 settings

no lol, the burmester is so much behind bmw bowers and wilkins and bang and olufsen by audi, and even harmon kardon, unless u get the s class. burmesters arent very good

@@afegasdf76y123eI wouldn't say that. The CLA sounds pretty crisp compared to H/K. H/K only offers decent bass in some cars, like the F generation. Burmester is far more superior, especially in High-End setup. H/K are missing out nowadays. Before you judge, I've heard: G63 CLA Burmester E Class E Class High-End Bmw X5 h/k Bmw i4 h/k Bmw m4 f82 h/k. The old m4 did it best, but the big burmester was miles ahead

@@v12-s65 when we compare the big dogs like 5/7/8 x5/6/7/M bowers and Wilkins are what u need to compare not Harmon kardon, the Harmon kardon on my m4 g82 is far superior to my friends e63 2022 Burmester

@Mukisa Serufusa BMW holds back their H/K setups with their underseat woofers and not using Harman's latest technologies. I think the newest BMW harman is an A though. Volvo Harman is an A tier system and that was the XC40 which is Volvo's less capable Harman system

@@christopherrmcg the i4 has a 3 way door system and a seperate subwoofer. He gave it an S tier rating. Makes sense because a 3 way speaker setup for seperate heights, mids and lows creates a much more natural and well rounded soundfield than just slapping two woofers under the seat and calling it a day. The human voice is often as low as woofers need to reproduce it but they hide them under your butt. Plus no subwoofer is a killer for a lot of systems.

the i4 was given an S rating which is 17 speaker so the ratings confuse me at times

I feel BMW is too focused on looks. Lexus and Mercedes have better audio systems than this.

not everything is about the sound system and on top of that there's the bowers and wilkins system version.

@@arthursilvamartins6330 the Bowers and Wilkins in this car is nothing great either especially at that price point. Imagine you pay 7 grand extra just to get outperformed by a 1k Burmester or completely destroyed by a Range Rover Evoque's Meridian surround lmao... in a 130k car

@@v12-s65 i imagine u havent sat in a car with bowers and wilkins? ive sat in a m8 with bowers and wilkins, and a s63 with burmester and the bowers are far superior, until u compare the 2022 s class and 7 series 2022, yet again 7 series has more watts and sounds way better and crisper, i currently have a range rover vogue aswell with a meridian surround sound and my friends x7 with the bowers is far superior lol, bmw bowers and audi bang n olufsen are the best sounds u can get, dont speak about speakers if u havent experienced them

@@afegasdf76y123eyou're talking whole lotta non sense. If you had the meridian signature in the L405 you would know what a banger sound system is. The old 22 7 series bowers isn't anything crazy, whatch DM's reviews about the M5, M8 etc. Sure the ix, xm, i7 do sound much better, but that doesn't mean this applies to every model the hell you mean by haven't experienced? I've heard like 20 different car stereos. S63 with what burmester? High end or surround? Please full names for not making confusion
