There's no carbon fiber exterior package. You can order M Performance carbon fiber parts all separately. They don't come together as a package.
2023 M5 with competition package is 17hp extra

I haven’t seen any stock m5c run a 10.6 you might be confusing it with the m5cs

Bmw puts higher numbers on their website, but as tested the 2023 M5 comp ran a 1/4 mile in 10.6 seconds.
