That was the best Advent Calendar for this year 🤩 I got the mini one

the saks one made me so mad. every door you opened was literally ONE pump of product. you can just go to the store and pump way more out of the free samples than you even got in each product. definitely overpriced. (for me at least) 😭

For brands like M.A.C that aren’t as popular as they used to be, idk why they don’t just make an advent calendar filled with ONLY their most popular products so like Whirl, Cork, and Teddy for the lip liners….those are the most popular ones, and then the matching lip sticks and maybe a Prep&Prime setting spray. As for e.l.f, they should’ve put in their most popular products from this year so like their lip oils, and blush and contour wands.

If people keep on buying them like that , they're going to keep on selling them like that. And people are going to keep on buying them because of the "I have to buy this person a present. I've no real idea what to get them that they'd want but I know they wear makeup and this presentation box looks impressive. That's one job ticked off a long list".

They should do advent calendars for different skin tone, so you just pick the skin tone you are that way you get like better shades for you

You could use the paint pot as a color corrector under the eyes maybe 🤷🏼‍♂️ it’s a peachy color that might cancel blue tones and brighten the under eye 😇

MAC had shit products don’t even lie to urself, I have the makeup revolution advent calendar and not only was it heaps cheaper, the products are actually good and useable 💀 MAC had not only like 20 lipsticks in the most horrific shades ever, but the single shadows were the ugliest shades to ever exist 🤣 so many beauty advent calendars this year had actual good products that people like unlike MAC with their ridiculously expensive advent calendar 💀💀😂

Yesstyle beauty advent calendar is so worth it for $165. Everything is full sized and the stuff isn't even small. You get korean skincare and makeup also. Their skincare is really good.

I have the M.A.C advent calendar this year. And love the full size products, but find my self hoping that it is not gonna be another lipstick since I don’t use them often enough. What would be absolutely amazing with M.A.C or other brands with a store, gave you the a wishlist of products you could choose from maybe 50 different products including foundations and other “skin tone” products. And you would have to wish for 35 diffent produkts so the element of surprice is stille there. A employee from the store can then put your advent calender togethers for you in a advent calender box. 😍

To be honest, if it was me opening those advent calendars, I would be more than grateful what was in them. Especially for someone who doesn’t really dabble in color. Mac stuff is all great for a skin color like mine. Medium! It’s gorgeous stuff for me and I would use every single thing that came in that package!!!!

James since you didnt try all the products out or many of them you should give us an early Christmas present and make a video trying the products out!!

The one you rated the highest was actually my least favourite. I hate sample/travel sizes. They tend to cost close to half the price of the full size with 1/5 the product. Companies use this to inflate the value of something but if you price out full sized items you’ll see those sizes are always absolute scams. I’d rather receive less overall and get real value out of what I receive
