I thought Ackerman was pretty quiet all season. He ramped it up in the WS for sure.

I want to give a shout out to Grant Miller. I know it didn’t show in the meet and greet portion of the video, but Grant, out of the kindness in him, gave me a series used bat from the World Series. He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and I just didn’t get the chance to thank him enough there so here it is again. Thank you Grant and everyone else who was there. Surely I say I will never forget!

@@jetspope all teams must have at least four hitters in their starting lineup - previously you could roll w/ a three man lineup but that strategy became pretty overpowered in the playoffs. so it’s especially funny/cool that the 4 hitters went CRAZY in the WS

So happy for RJ, but as an eagles fan I’m speechless. Just wow.

Dan should have changed the line up for the final 3 games. Landon was hot those first 2 games and needed to carry that momentum throughout but Dan kept him in the 4 spot. Not 100% certain but I believe Landon was 90% of their offense in this series. Poor management.

This was my first ever year watching MLW and you guys have made me fall in love with the game of wiffle ball, and help me enjoy watching these videos and even helped give me inspiration that led to me making my own league. Thank you guys so much for the incredible content you guys do, and even though it's sad that this season is over, I am so excited to see how next year goes!!

What a series! Dallas Allen is a helluva talent, he deserves and will one day get his ring. But nobody deserved this more than Jack, he built the Magic from the ground up, went through some tough years and finally built a team and a chemistry that he could lead to a ring. Shout out to Swagner!! And AJ couldn’t be more calm, cool, and collected. Pure ice water in his veins.

Man what a WORLD SERIES, what a story, what a season what an entertaining ride that I’m truly grateful for. As an older viewer I can thank this league enough. Having to work everyday, pay the bills etc etc and most importantly having to watch Chicago sports.. MLW gives me that excitement in sports I don’t usually get anymore. I’m so proud of being a fan of this channel since 2018 and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! But besides that LETS GO JACK!! Pipe it up boys STAND UP! Congrats to the Magic and Eagles and most importantly Kyle, Tommy and everyone that put the work to make the greatest MLW season happen. Cheers boys and onto 2024!!

I started watching MLW in 2017 the last time a team came back from a 2-0 series deficit and this gave me nostalgic vibes I’m so proud of the Magic and the Cobras are not alone now

SPOILER This might be the best World Series of all time. What a fantastic finish! Congrats to the Magic! Also, I loved the full AB for Dallas Allen's at bat, as a suggestion, could we get that more often in the future? Not just in the WS or playoffs, but in general for big spots (with go-ahead/tying runs at the plate with 2 outs, or bases loaded two outs, etc.). Thank you for a great season!

Jack drafting Grant and Tommy drafting Jordan, two of the best players in the league, just goes to show you how important wiffleball experience is in wiffleball, and yet I'm willing to bet Warda will draft yet another baseball only experience flop like Rudy this winter. Warda you're my favorite player in this league but if you ever want a return to relevance you need another actual wiffleball player before Kracht gets his own team and the Preds turn into a 9K's 1walk snoozefest every game team

This is some of the most compelling leagues in sports to me right now. I want more and can't get enough! Been watching every Friday at 3pm for the last 3 seasons and pray this keeps growing!

I think everyone knew there was gonna be some kind of huge choke with it being in the home of the falcons😂

Man, what a series! AJ was a stud and definitely deserving of the MVP, but I have to personally give it to RJ. The kid pitched 3 games in a row on the same day and won them all, with 2 shutouts in the mix. He's an absolute beast and has a very bright future in this league

I know it’s a bunch of kids playing wiffle ball, but how do you not tear up watching this. Always exciting, every year. Fun season guys. Love this channel.

For Aigner to turn this team around and pick up the key players last off season shows the grit he has as well as the entire team. It's a well balanced team with multiple players that can pitch, hit and field on one team. They'll be in the World Series again Next Year.

As a Magic fan since the start and going through pain last season. I am incredibly happy. I didn't expect this team to do much at the beginning of this season, I just wanted to see how our new players looked. Maybe a 1st round playoff appearance at best I thought. I never would've thought that we would've been tied for the best record in the regular season, made it to the World Series, and came back down 2-0 to win it all. This season was incredible and not just because my team won it all. This season was packed with insane moments and moments to remember. Thank you MLW for an amazing season for the past 6 months. I am very excited for 2024 and onward!

Awesome season guys! I love watching this league, and watching how you grow. But if there’s any group of people that deserve to get to do what they love, it’s all of you. Drew Davis: The only current manager to never win a world series

Jack is not the MOTY. It’s either Dan or Jimmy. Jack got all his players handed to him, and didn’t even know who RJ/Grant was before they were drafted, the Bonham trade was constructed by Chadwick as well. Dan learned from last years mistakes last year like starting Dallas every game in the NLDS and batting 5 in the NLDS. This year he went to Blade in starts, and it worked while the 4-man lineup was 10x more effective than the five. He also brought a team from 1-5 to the WS. The Dbacks had questions throughout the entire lineup and secondary pitching and looked how many guys stepped up. Trey was one of the best NO.2s in the league, Pyszka was a great hitter with a 270AVG and 1000 OPS, Casey had an 850 OPS and hit a few bombs. All three of those guys were picked in the bottom three. Nobody leads their team better than jimmy. Jack ain’t Manager of the year y’all.

I would definitely love if you guys started showing more FULL AT-BATS in big moments during the regular season and the rest of the post. Maybe 2024?

Congratulations to MLW on hugely historically successful season! This was my first year following MLW, and I got to looking forward to the new videos every week! Congratulations on your successes at home and on the road! It was an amazing thing to have your World Series in Atlanta, and I'm glad the fans turned out for it! The one thing I would say is that everyone seemed utterly exhausted at the end of the series, and I wonder if it would have been better to stretch the series over more than one day? Maybe, maybe not. I watched the entire season for the first time Just found this in January 2023. This was pretty cool. I played whiffle ball way back in 1970 and it was fun to play way back then, fun to watch now. What a year. Unbelievable stuff from the Magic. A true team effort. Bonham, RJ and Grant all played off each other pitching so well. And Ackerman and Aigner finding the bats in the playoffs. And of course Kurdi keeping spirits high and playing good defense. Outside of the Eagles, I don’t think I’ve seen a team with a more imposing full roster. I’m so happy for them and coming from a Cobras fan, I wish the Eagles all the luck in the world in 2024 coming off the loss. Great production as always.

Congratulations to the Metro Magic on their World Series championship! What a comeback! Walgate got better as the series went on, even as a 14-year-old the stage wasn't too big for him. Ackerman deserved World Series MVP, he had some hugely important HRs in this series. Miller is one of the best players in the game, and he even did some effective mop-up pitching in the first two games of this series. Congratulations to manager Aigner for putting this team together, this last offseason he added Miller, Ackerman, and Walgate to the team, and they went from 2-13 in 2022 to World Series Champions in 2023! Wow!
