I think opponents must get fascinated by Koch having his point in their faces, because no way should he be getting away with these lunges and fleche attacks. You'd think such an extended arm would be easy to parry, but they are always late. I think opponents just misjudge the distance when fencing Koch.

I think that he the case, his opponents always get so close on their own to the point where they can’t parry anymore
