Thank you Ernie for this awesome video. I just installed this today. I had some boost leak on my test drive so I have to go back and tighten the coupler that comes from the intercooler. There was an o-ring that looked like it came loose.

Love the videos and the information you provide us novice car enthusiast’s. I just ordered an ETS cold air intake and Cobb access portal. I am debating getting the ETS to mount intercooler, which do you suggest and why?

That is very nice.

I installed the STI front strut tower brace on my '22 and now the stock intercooler is a whole lot more difficult to remove/install. I'd guess its almost impossible with these new larger intercoolers.

I have the STI strut tower brace as well, it fits just fine. It looks like Subaru planned on a larger intercooler.

What are you gonna do with the ETS? I need it for my tune next month!

The hood weatherstrip gets pulled down to the point where water got into my engine bay :( i removed the weather stripping on the back of the thrust tunnel

I had the same issue. I called Cobb, they overnighted a smaller weatherstrip for the rear of the thrust tunnel.

How would you compare the Cobb against the ETS top mount?

The ETS is a half inch bigger in one dimension but I think the Cobb more than makes up for it with the shroud so overall pretty evenly matched I’d go for whatever you think will look better in your engine bay :)
