If you are looking for a neat and beautiful upgrade to your new Tesla Model 3 or Y, the Eagle Eye taillight upgrade by HANSSHOW is unique and adds some spunk to the rear of your new car. I love sequential tail lights, and now with this kit I have them. Great job HANSSHOW, this kit worked great!

I would suggest soapy water to assist in getting through that rubber area. When it dries it’s no big deal. Grease could cause the insulated to break down in the future. That grease may breakdown the insulation or the rubber.
Have to admit they look pretty darn good, but the amber lights coming on with the brake lights is a deal breaker for me.
This is great, i already installed mine BUT it took me hoursss to sort out the cables, i wish i had seen this video before hand, would have made it so much easier. Truly the best tutorial on the internet.
Thanks for the how to and the link to the product.
Thanks for the video.. best one I found with clear instructions!
Hey, another 2022 Model 3 guy in Iowa here, Cedar Rapids. Thanks for the video, I've been looking at these lights. :)
KZreadr! Thanks for sharing and your explanation was very clear and helpful. By the way, your license plate says Dubuque, where I have spent my years in the area (Epworth as well). Best of luck!
Cool install! In many jurisdictions, brake lights can be amber or red, so it's good to finally see that getting some use :) Glad you got both reverse lights going in the end! I think the red light coming on in reverse on the left side is intended for rear fog light usage. Euro-spec lighting is required to have this and you'll find it optionally on many Japanese cars. Would be sweet if you could get that wired in some how!
I couldn't get the red clip from the factory harness to clip onto the new tail llight
After watching this, I became nervous about my kit because I purchased it in November 2021, before the new AMD computer. My delivery has been delayed to this week and I am certain I will now have the AMD. The kit has everything needed for it to work with either computer, but I do not have a separate cable for the right and left like I've seen in every other video. I have one cable with 4 connectors spliced into it at various points and what looks like an additional yellow wire running along the black for part of it. Can you clarify your cables and if yours are the same, tell me which plug goes to which light?
I did this on my 2019, RHD in Australia. It was not easy to sort the wiring, as fog and reversing lights were reversed (ie: swapped). I eventually got it sorted but it was NOT easy, to put it very politely. Final result is great though.

I can't say that it was hard, just tedious. You have to take your time to ensure the wires are connected properly. However, I LOVE how my Model 3 is so different from the others around!
Where did you buy your fiberglass fishing tape from?
Do you need to disconnect the HV battery and 12v aux battery before installing?
What is the wire harness that you used to fix the reverse lights called?
Where’s the animation bro? You did something wrong
Lord that seemed like such a pain in the ass
Why one would replace Good name brand “Hella” components for Chinese unbranded me no se ….
Why are you breathing so heavily? Also, why do the amber turn signals come on with the brake lights?

It comes on with the taillights because Tesla has the turn signals and brake lights connected. The brake lights and turn signals are both the same light with the stock taillights. It can be fixed with an aftermarket wire that costs $150. Model Y doesn’t have this issue
