Is the e-scooter included in the price for getting from the starboard wheel to the port wheel quickly?

Oh no, really? That's too bad! Once every year I randomly select one person and buy them the yacht he or she has previously viewed on KZread and this year, you're the winner! But if you don't like this boat, well then, I guess never mind.
