This Fijiana Drua team went through military training in Fiji & play warmup games with under 16 local boys team. This is just the result of the hardwork, the commitments, dedication & the struggle they've been through. What a team.

I'm impressed at how far Fijian women's rugby has progressed from 7s to 15s. It demonstrates a high level of commitment from both the players and the coaching staff, as well as those involved. Everyone, keep up the wonderful work. #WeDontQuit

They just seemed to be a natural rugby human breed! They don't have resources and money on both 7s and 15s but yet they make other big tier one teams earn their money when they play them! Now they're in the professional fold and both men/women's teams are showing up already! God knows what it's going to be in the coming future! They'll take over 15s just like 7s! Adding to these is their rugby league team who are semi finalists already without a professional rugby league club!

Man these W players have AWESOME backs. The 11,14,15 Fijians and the Reds 15 in particular were SO impressive. 😀😀

Our Fijiana girls have improved immensely since being @ RIO 2016 and watching them live then. Since then, Bronze in Japan and now playing well at 15s internationally. Kudos to all involved in coaching, managing, promoting and supporting womens rugby. Vinaka Lewas, great effort ! and continued success, you're all doing us proud. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Toso Viti Toso 🇫🇯💪🏾

i think it would be a bit diffrent if they played the Australian womans team,there the Fijian team after all.

Fijiana Drua are such a professional team. Really skilled. I applaud those who invested in pacific island W Rugby. It’s really good to see these girls get this opportunity. Quite frankly, it’s long over due. Fijiana Dura might be the most exciting woman’s sports team in the world rn.

Their style of play is so exciting to behold.Their ball ,passing and running skills are a cut way above the rest....honestly speaking.

Would love to see the Fijiana Drua against the Aupiki teams.

NO it wasn't high. If you pause it you can see the reds arm is under the figians arm with her hand contacting the upper chest. It looks odd tho

@@kaopointmanneil5862 what game are you watching? If you pause at 1:36, you'll see clearly that it's a high tackle. Any tackle goes above the shoulder is a high tackle. Watch after the try, the referee clearly saw it and kept looking at the Reds player and quietly letting it go. The Drua player raised her hand and told the ref its a high tackle but he completely ignored it again!

That game against the Tahs (who are the current champions if I'm right) should be an interesting clash after this dominant display from the Fijiana Drua against the Reds whose men at least made up for this loss. 😁

That fullback is a joy to watch!

Good and beautiful to watch these girls playing with such grit and enthusiasm. The coach and his team have to iron out some petty indecisive decision making whilst carrying the ball close to the try line and pushed outside by defenders.There were two of her team mates breathing down her neck supporting her.Economics here we calculate energy time and momentum from all those hands that made the availability of that missed opportunity.But the bottom line was that 3points that the Fijiana girls have added to the first win.Credit to the Coach and his team.Vinaka and cheers.

Quite an exciting game. Bit of a throwback to the times when being a big fast powerhouse was enough to win against less disciplined/powerful defences. Go back to the 90s in mens rugby and look at the tries. The gameplay looks much more like those than many of those we see today.

Radini man! Wananavu- playmaker and woman of the match. ALso ref how many chances you gonna give to number 15 for Reds, Draper. High takle should have been a yellow at least!
