Nice job. I like that you showed your mistake. We have all been there during jobs, and this one might help somebody out. VERY surprised to see they clear the stock wheel, I absolutely did not expect that! Gives me hope for my STI wheels. Once you decide on a spacer or not, do you think you might swap to shorter studs?

Sup dude! Hope all is well, quick question on the pads: are you having the infamous brake pad overhang? I heard that’s an issue with this conversion. That is unless you shave the pads down(?) how are your pads holding up??

@@waybach there is alittle overhang. Nothing crazy, maybe 3mm? It won’t affect the braking in any way. I’ve got 1,000’s of miles on this setup and the pads barely showing any wear. Sorry I couldn’t provide a more solid answer.

Rotora lines for a 2022 wrx

I WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO DO THIS SWAP BUT WASNT SURE IF THEY MADE THE SPACER AVAILABLE YET. AGREE WITH 1000% ON THE OEM+ LOOK AND ALL THE PEOPLE PUTTING BIG WINGS LOL, NO THANKS. LOW KEY, FAST AND A PERFORMER. I HAD A 2014 STI HATCH THAT HAD 468HP BEFORE WITH ALL THE STI BADGES DEBADGED..MOST THESE GUY WOULDNT DARE THINK ABOUT THAT DOING THAT. WE MUST HAVE SIMILAR STYLE BC I WAS GOING TO HAVE MY OEM VB WHEELS (SAME AS YOURS) POWDERCOATED BRONZISH COLOR AND KEEP THE SUBARU CENTER CAP BUT MAKE IT BLACK TO MATCH MY CAR AND RUN MAYBE A 10-20MIL SPACER. WOULD LOVE TO SEE A VIDEO OF HOW THE WHEELS CAME OUT IF YOU DID THAT ALREADY.

Just dropped wheels off. Looks like it’ll take about 2 weeks until they’re done. I post them when they are installed.

Rear kit is simple and isn’t going to be on their site. Full bolt on. 2017 sti calipers 2017 sti rotors 2017 sti pads 2022+ wrx rear brake lines OPTIONAL: 2017 sti rear dust shield. You will have to trim the lip of your stock on if you don’t buy the sti shields

Less than 1800 for both front and rear swap. Fronts only is less than $750 $250 for the caliper pair 315 for the rotors $150 for brake lines

Mines manual, and I’m not sure if it will work with cvt. I’d say more than likely as long as you’re not a CVT GT.

@@Subi_doo afaik it doesn't matter for the front, it's the same. The back is where the electronic parking brake is and ugh, we don't have any options for that other than alibaba brakes
