    So you went over everything other than the break in procedure lol

    My opinion on break in is the first tank vary your engine rpm's, don't hold it at a constant speed, and try to run it for extended periods of time. Which means don't let it sit at idle or start it and only drive a short distance before you shut it off again. For a more detailed break in procedure refer to your owners manual.

    Absolutely great info! TY! Just one thing though...the manual doesn't recommend premium gasoline "The Polaris Sportsman 570 requires regular unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87 and an ethanol content of no more than 10%."

    Headlights switch -- what about state mandated "daylight running lights"? Does the switch turn those off, too? Nice video -- you explain things very well.

    If you turn the headlights to the off position they are completely off. Only the tail light running lights are on all the time with the key.

    Yes that is different on the new body style but the service department has not had a issue with that yet. Remember to always keep up with scheduled maintenance to keep your atv running smooth.

    So riddle me this. I really like the 570 Trail, love the arched a-arms. My fear is I have a 100hp RZR and may want the 78hp from the sportsman 850, in reality you can tune the 570 which may push it to 50-60hp.. wonder if that will be enough for me.

  • @AplusPowerSports

    @AplusPowerSports

    2 жыл бұрын

    I can only speak from experience as a Wisconsin rider. The 570 Sportsman will have no issues keeping up in the winding trails. The RZR having 110 HP will pull away on the straightaways, but average trail riding the 570 does a great job in a Sportsman.

    My 21 won't start with premium in the winter have to have regular

  • @AplusPowerSports

    @AplusPowerSports

    7 ай бұрын

    Yes, we have found some of the machines prefer regular fuel with ethanol in the winter. This is becuase the ethanol burns at a hotter temperature which helps the engine in colder temps.
