I did a hirevue interview and it was four STAR based questions, so if anyone, like me, spent ages working on responses for questions like, why bae and a five year plan etc, no need to worry about that until the next round. Just come up with a good group of STAR examples that could work for a few different scenarios.

How did it go?

Do you think these questions are also applicable for a degree apprenticeship? Just that some of these questions are quite daunting and seem like I'm expected to already have so much experience. I have no prior work experience as I focused on school. Id appreciate some advice, Thanks

Hey top Intel, I'm a former BAe systems employee located in South Australia dsto ,,1994 -2001 ,in this period I did an apprenticeship in heavy metal fabrication, unfortunately my position was made redundant after the trade centre tragedies, is it possible to conduct an on line interview , if so please can you direct me towards the correct pathway thanks 👍

@@adityakailash4264 if you are applying for a degree apprenticeship then it states in one of the emails 'If you are successful in your online assessments, you should expect to hear from us approximately 4-6 weeks after the application window has closed.', which should mean you can expect to hear from them around march-april if you are succesful. hope this helps. let me know how this goes as im applying to this too!
