Some say that the interior of the ND is not a tech fest - That is one of it's most attractive features - don't need all the technology, only to have it fail, needing expensive diagnosis and repair. Just the basic driving experience is what I am after. I would prefer that the ND did not have the center display screen - it seems to be an afterthought, popping up out of nowhere. We have an NB and it has just the right amount of technology (none). Not much trunk space? - It's a sports car, not a minivan, just enough space for a couple of folding lawn chairs and a picnic basket. We have no desire for aggressive driving, just a pleasant road trip on a sunny day. Our NB is stored for 6 months of the year (upstate NY) and every April, when we retrieve it from storage, it is like getting a new car all over again. Love it, love it, love it. Good review.

Great review. I agree. I am searching mh mx5 rf 2.0 184hp. Hope to find it soon in the used market . I love the red soul crystal but I think for me and an everyday use the machine grey color would be great as well. Cant wait to get one

Drone operator, have you used Hyper-smooth on the go pro or consider using Gyro flow?

When I bought my 1964 MGB (new), I didn't care if it came with a radio and heater, I just wanted to get in it and drive. Same with my 1966 MGB. I decided to race the '64 and just drive the '66. The only time the radio came on in either car was when I had a girl sitting in the other seat.

After being a Corvette owner for 13 years, I thought I would try a Miata. Well, ownership lasted about 4 months.with my 2022 MX. Sold it and went back to a Corvette. Although the Miata delivered 38 MPG, the acceleration was anemic, seating was cramped, no glovebox, small trunk and really hard to enter and exit the car. I am not faulting the fit and finish of the Miata, it is just not the car for this driver. Cup holders are awkward to reach and the cockpit felt too small. It was my mistake to buy an MX. Should have rented one for a few days. I guess there is no replacement for displacement!.

Question: Is the KPC in operation while traction control is on? Off? Or in either of the modes?

FGS! Put some decent active control dampers on it!!!! This is a total botch band-aid job to a major design fault in the suspension set-up of the ND. Cost I hear you say? FGS You are giving Mazda near on over 40k, and they cant put a decent suspension system on for that price??? This "KPC" sounds like a direct rip-off from the French technology Renault have been using on their sporty Meganes for years and years...

@@Mexxx65 if you appreciate what a piece of engineering like this truly costs to delivery (think R&D, tooling, factories, material, human labour, transport etc) then you’d likely never complain about cost again. Mazda, much like Toyota and Subaru make quite little net profit per unit on these products - apple would make more from an iPhone. Buy a $38k + on roads GR86 instead of a $41k + on roads MX5 if that matters to you but agree anything in this price point is a blessing we even have come to market in the first place. Rip off - I think not. Value is in the eye of the beholder. Try building a house, from one month to the next material could swing by 18% in cost - how about that for a “rip off”

@@jamiebagala1897 I'll take 1 of your points! Yeah when you go to fill up your little ICE sports car, the price of petrol these days, is determined by if Russia are currently in any military conflicts, or covid has impacted fuel supply, or the sun is out, or its raining cats and dogs, or if the wind is blowing the other direction that day!!! Australia the lucky country!
