Wow. Great video info. Just one query though.. With your driving experience, what mileage can we expect from this same new automatic xl6 update in the city ride ?

Bunny.. tell me one thing... in automatic variant.... how does manual mode work?... like can we do 4th gear in low RPM like we do in manual car... like you have said that it revs till it limit and dont upshift in manual mode... what about low RPM?

You should make a video on shifting pattern of gears in auto and manual mode like you have done for DCT

Oh man I have s.presso vxi+amt top varient bought on 15 th July 2020, and so far driven 51,077km exact with total fuel consumed for the entire period is 2219.70litres[21.50months] with another 482km to empty. so the calculated average is 23.22km/litre, but in the centre console it shows 26.40km/litre! here the s.presso actual figure is less than centre console figure by 3.18km/litre, so then how come XL-6 true figure is more than the centre console figure?

Did u go from Bangalore to Hyderabad on highway? If u did, then there's a downhill slope on that highway and that's why such high fuel economy

Then why we need diesel car? When a petrol car of this size is giving 23kmpl!!!

Well, it's an easy drive with less load and empty highway. Real world highway, with load, toll jam etc will see it reducing. But yes Maruti has played well with tall gearing

Well, 85 on the speedometer is more or less 80 genuine / true speed ;) This is due to speedo error, a common thing in most cars

@@sanithkumar1986 in western world there is a threshold of +- 10% so if the limit is 80 then you can go till 87-88 there will be no tickets

130 is practical?? NCR drivers are extracting pretty good mileage in rush hours too. Cruising in higher gears at a constant speed on low RPMs is the key.
