In this review, walkaround and road-test of the 2022 Land Rover Discovery P360 R-Dynamic HSE, I test and demonstrate everything-- so you can see what to expect from this luxury hybrid SUV in real life.
Of all the SUV's I've tested this year, the Discovery is one of the most comfortable, but its drive isn't for everyone. My dog Ghost had few complaints, and got to try out his new ramp as well.
Buckle up for 20 minutes of real-life impressions and demonstrations from the backroads of Northern Ontario.
Made with love in Sudbury.

Smart comparison to the Grand Cherokee. I was wondering how these two measure up. I haven't found any reviews of the Grand Cherokee L in your videos though. You deserve a lot more subscribers.

Just curious why car reviewers shy away from discussing vehicle reliability? That’s a real issue with LR so when comparing to other vehicles, should that not come into the equation?

Agreed, reliability is important. My impressions target a shopper who is likely leasing for 3 or 4 years and replacing the vehicle once the warranty is up. My job is to show those shoppers what they can expect from how the vehicle drives and functions. I don't shy away from reporting on reliability, I cover the topic extensively, just not in road tests.

Fair. You are one of the only reviewers that also have “buying used” videos which is appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Another well done informative review just not a Land Rover fan at all. I have a friend with one of these and he’s on first name basis with the service manager. I find the look fugly..

Funny comment, have heard it before, word for word. Strange, it’s always a “friend”, it’s never the person who post’s the comment. It reeks of bullshit, especially as you don’t like Landrovers, no bias there then. Not sure what “fugly” means either.

@@markkennedy5335 Is J D Power your “friend”? What year are you quoting? J D Power 2022 list LR mid table, listing Chrysler and Tesla Polestar way below LR. Across the board all car makers are failing to make good scores because of all the electronic tech they have, more tech, more are the chances of failures. I use as my yardstick my son-in-law’s Series 4 Disco, bought used in 2016, now with 98,000 miles on the clock. Regularly serviced and MOT, only items replaced are tyres, wiper blades, top hose and battery, plus whatever needs replacing according to the type of service, and the vehicle leads a pretty rough life. Like any vehicle, owners must keep to the service schedule. Yes, servicing these SUVs is not cheap, but adhering to LR service routine is essential.
