Got one, 4 years old, used massively, done huge trips on it, love it!. Be warned, Mods will be done because it has some flaws, engine is sound!

I love the design: simple and beautiful. If they make a 400cc version(Minimum displacement required for riding motorcycles on highways/expressways in the Philippines), I’d definitely buy that instead.

Not in the market for a small bike myself, but great review, you do the best & most honest reviews, keep them coming.✌.

This video is clear and straight to the point! Clean bike but not my style, been looking at the bmw g310r and the KTM 390 but for commuting im not sure what i prefer. It would be cool to see a video of your opinion on the best beginner bikes or some other options.

been looking at getting one of these for my 17th, and your review has convinced me. awesome looking bike, and awesome review.

Got one second hand a few months ago - just turned 18, it's easily the best decision I've ever made. Despite mine being fairly well used (and knackered), it's still an absolutely beautiful vehicle, and one that I feel totally confident riding just about anywhere. Rode about 300 miles on it the other weekend, and as well as being incredibly comfortable I spent not much more than £20 on fuel.

Looks a tidy bike mark, hope you enjoyed your Christmas and new year 👍🧩

I saw one of these on a driveway last summer and it stirred me up. Beautiful looking bike, shame about the pedigree, and it restarted a suppressed desire to ride bikes. I now have a deposit on one of the new Speed 400s... and i don't even have a license yet! 😊

As far as value for money goes it's hard to see how these bikes can be beaten, and for a lot of riders 'VFM' is what it's all about...

VFM is all well and good, however cost of ownership also includes resale value. These don't retain value.

But as they are so cheap to begin with they will still be excellent VFM. As an example, I purchased a new Gen 3 Hayabusa exactly a year ago to the day for £15,000. If I sold it today I would be lucky to get £11,000 for it. So a loss of £4000 in ONE YEAR. Clearly the Keeway cannot lose £4k in one year. @@Adam-mo2qw

Nobody knows their reliability yet. It may turn out to be expensive to maintain as its components are cheap as chips

Great review Mark, these are bargain priced bikes but I wonder how the finish will stand up and if there is any resudue value in them if you decide to trade up. The Keeway at this price is very nearly chuck away if something major happens to it. Having seen them in the flesh i don't think they are a patch on Zontes for build quality( i know they're in a different price bracket). How do they compare with Benelli for build quality?

Didn't know UK had 125cc bikes. Since everyone kept mentioning RE 350 and Triumph Speed 400 as small or entry level motorcycles.

Can't really argue with that price tbh

Are the electrics better tho? Keeway are awful for the elecs. Looks nice.

I had one and its very comfortable but you would be very lucky to get past 50. Maybe im just fat

@@kalnwi2023 superlight is kind of ironic, but the weight is low enough you can throw it around corners easy enough. If you pin it you WILL get a lot of buzzing so its not a bike you get if speed is a factor. I had it for just over a year from new and was genuinely reluctant to sell but its just too underpowered for what I needed.

i have the same bike a keeway 200cc i got 2 problems with it. the exhaust cover so you won't burn your leg get loosen from time to time. and it's hard to inflate the back tire due to the brakes getting in the way

With all these new Chinese brands appearing in the UK, do you ask the dealers if they can provide full spares back up ? I heard that some dealers are loathe to take them in PX because they're unable to provide any back up to the new owner once they're sold on.

Poole Moto have access to all spares through motogb and their workshop team is first class so I'd have no problems recommending these Chinese brands ..they are generally very reliable Best wishes mark

Definitely not as fast as the Indian FTR 1200 S. But cheap as chips.

Cheaper than my Raleigh ebike. I wish when I started motorcycling in the early 70s, I'd have been able to buy something as cheap as this, instead of a 3rd hand MZ.
