    I just picked up a '22 for a great deal brand new, glad I did. At first I thought it felt a little under powered, but after 50 miles the engine broke in and pulled harder/revved out higher. Im 6'1 210lbs, I fits me excellent and Low Range really has great grunt for hill climbs and wheelies. Topped it out at 50mph with snow on pavement. Everything moving part is sealed, its simple, light, great suspension and handles almost like a sport atv adjusting the front suspension tighter for my weight. I could not get the thing stuck in 6-8" of snow going up hills, blazing trail over logs. Im an enduro bike guy, just bought this to rip around the rivers during the winter but now Im actually excited to ride the 50" trails on this cuz its fun to ride it hard.

    I'm seriously thinking of buying two of these for riping the 50 inch trails in the woods. I have bigger v twins already, but these almost seem like little automatic sport quads. They look really simple and fun.

    @@rzl07375 Im looking forward to that too. Currently I got 350 sheet metal screws in the tires, and have a ton of 2 lane wide winding rivers froze with hard pack snow on top. Its fun cuz this atv is light enough to throw around and use your body weight to steer.

    Have a 2020 they're decent little machines, they ride really smooth and stop really well my only complaint is the power train I guess I'm just old school and like the positive contact with the ground of a gear driven vs the CVT it just feels slippy and down on power but my girlfriend Love's it me on the other hand love my old honda even though it ride's like a tank. FYI this machine isn't built by Kawasaki. It's built by Kymco in Taiwan and marketed in the USA as the Kymco MXU 270, The Kawasaki Brute Force 300, and the Arctic Cat Alterra 300. The Euro version offers EFI rather than carburation.

    @@BigSendLittleSend In Europe as well, they are road legal, like most quads. See where the circular lights are at the back? The two smaller ones are indicators on some euro spec ones. Here in the UK, most quads are road legal, I drove one of these on holiday in Gran Canaria, such a nice machine.

    I use to have an old school Bayou 300 sold it last year cause I had to many machines, but that thing was a tank ! Never, ever did it fail on me ! And it was a 91 ! Changed the oil and oil filter cleaned the air box every now and then, Added fresh gas and it would always start at a quarter turn of the engine ! I've ridden a lot and a lot of Quads and the Kawasaki 300 engine was bullet proof ! I would willie the shit out of that quad ! I would buy a Bruteforce 300 no problem !

    It's definitely more of a trail bike than a mudding rig. But if you're a confident rider and willing to hit stuff in the throttle you'll be pleasantly surprised by what this little bruteforce can do.

  • @Kevlarel84
    @Kevlarel842 жыл бұрын

    But why would anyone select THIS quad to go seat deep in the swamp anyway? It's a small tire 2wd budget quad meant for light utility work and having fun blasting around on trails. It's well designed for what it's meant to do. It will never be a 4wd mudder meant for extreme riding conditions. Anyone wanting to do that should buy a different quad.

  • @BigSendLittleSend

    @BigSendLittleSend

    While I agree with you that it will never be a 4wd mudder(mostly because it's 2wd lol) I still believe the engine intake is ridiculously low. I mean they went through the effort to run the cvt intakes all the way to the top, why not do the engine as well?

    It definitely had plenty of power for hauling and towing stuff. But it is on the small side. I'd say if you're looking to put a 200 lb plus animal on the racks you'd wish you had something a bit bigger. Otherwise it should handle hunting duties well.
