2022 Indian Scout Rogue Review
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
I was fortunate at the races to get a chance to ride both the Scout Bobber and rogue. Both fantastic bikes, I hope you enjoy!

😎 I have a Scout Rogue 60 and love it. Biggest bike I've ever owned. Sometimes I wish I got the bigger model but I am not disappointed. Best part is making it yours with all the accessories available for Indians. Great video and glad you enjoyed your ride.👍👍

I was surprised the 60 is still a big bike I thought it was going to have much less power when I looked it up but its got plenty, my only real complaint would be the 6th gear but if your used to not having it, it doesn't matter

How is it for 2 up in the freeway??
Thank you for the nice review. You alluded to the pegs possibly scraping and I wanted to know if you ever scraped them during your ride? I want to order one but the 29 degree lean angle is a concern even though I know this bike was not designed for the twisties and it is a cruiser which low lean angles and 2-3" suspension seems to be the norm. Thank you for your response.

No I didn’t scrape them but I didn’t hit anything hard enough, really fun bike though

Nice dude, congrats on the new bike!
Great vid as usual Scout... The lack of fuel gauge is odd... As is the ignition tucked down and on the left side. Bit odd designing something that forces 90% of people to do the task with their off hand...
@ScoutsOut
Жыл бұрын
yea man all bikes should have a fuel gauge these days...and having to turn off the bike with the opposite arm is dumb, I get you could just put it in Neutral and turn it off but I want to bike in gear when I part for a parking brake lol defiantly poor design.
I put a deposit down for a Rogue in storm blue. Im hoping it will be here by this upcoming spring. It'll be my first bike. Im so excited

Just heard your comment about not a beginner bike 😅 guess we will see! I'm taking my MSF in late October so I'll be able to "gauge" somewhat what I'm getting myself into lol

Nice dude, i bet the blue will look awesome!

Haha, well at least your taking the MSF course that’s a good starting point. The bike has a lot of power but if your good on the throttle you will be ok.

How long did the dealer tell you it would take? I just ordered the midnight color and they said 3-4 weeks
Are the rogues coming out with chrome pipes?? I hope not. Waiting on mine
@ScoutsOut
Жыл бұрын
no luckily they are an upgrade to the chrome pips the stock bike is black, I totally agree the blacked out stock pipes look way better than the chrome.
Just put a deposit today. Matte black rogue. My question is how tall are you as you stated the little fairing made a difference. I’m 5’11” so hoping it works as well for me.

nice dude congrats on the new bike!!! im 5'10"s
Between this and your r7 , what did you find more fun and enjoyable to ride? i know their 2 completely different bikes.. but I can’t make my mind up between the rogue or the r7 , 🍻 ride safe
@ScoutsOut
Жыл бұрын
I really enjoy cruisers but Im 100% a supersport guy. if I could only have one of them it would be the R7 for sure. imo the rogue would be a second bike only and not my primary bike, hope this helps cheers!
Just bought a rouge, stealth grey, 450 klm's on the clock loving it 😂

Nice, isn’t the power a blast on that thing! Congrats on the new bike man
Hey! I started out on a Ninja 400 (bought one new in 2020) and have been riding daily in rain or shine. I'm thinking about getting this bike in the next month or so. I love my 400, but not sure if It would make sense to keep it or trade it to this. I don't track my bike, only commuting and spirited rides. Do you think I'd regret trading my 400, or would this bike make me forget about it? Also, how do you think long-term reliability is with these? Thanks in advance.

Hard question, I think in the long run you might miss it. I miss mine and I sold it a year and a half ago

@@ScoutsOut Thanks for taking the time to respond. I'll definetly have to think on this. Do you ride yours in the rain a lot? Was curious how everything on the bike holds up to that kind of abuse.
@ScoutsOut
Жыл бұрын
Where I live in CA it rains only a few times a year so I rarely get caught out in the rain
Bobber and Scout need to come with comfort seats and piggyback shocks standard. I'm looking at one and the ride is awful. In Australia bike is $24k and seat is an extra $650 and the piggyback shocks are $1400... it's an extra 10% cost.

Jeez yea man that’s a lot and I agree they are needed upgrades. Maybe some aftermarket parts may be a little less expensive
Not feeling the mirrors, they prob work well tho. I could see riding that and having fun but yeah the fuel you'd be stopping a lot. 🤙
@ScoutsOut
Жыл бұрын
yea I was back and forth with them, I didn't used to like them but after the bobber and this rogue I starting liking the mirrors. yea if you rode to fast you would be filling up like every 110-120 miles...that part would suck
Damn I was really doing research to buy one of these but no fuel gauge is honestly a deal breaker for me no matter how dumb it is. 150 per tank max i don’t want to be doing math or guessing be looking into the tank like a dirt bike. That’s actually a pretty big bummer for me..
@ScoutsOut
Жыл бұрын
Yea, those were a bummer for me too. I would want another gallon of fuel and a gas gage there is no reason why they can’t put a gas gage on the bike
@Grandmasterkiller
Жыл бұрын
A fuel gage can be bought and added no problem but it should be stock on it though
Damn no fuel gage on a 3 gallon bike is crazy
@ScoutsOut
Жыл бұрын
Yea would be nice to have
@Grandmasterkiller
Жыл бұрын
@Scouts Out It's not difficult to have a fuel gage added, they are bought separately.
Another review video, I hate you, haha I think I have said this before, we don't get to do that out here much in Denver, and if they are happening, the manufacturers are doing a piss poor job advertising them. Bes safe. Talk to you on the next one.
