The tank positions on these maps are insane to deal with as a Zerg player. Playing Zerg vs Terran in this meta is a nightmare. Need more player wins and less map wins please.

@@Konranjyoutai the difference in win rate for maps is usually between one or two percent.. You should look at the real issues in the play instead of blaming it on silly stuff

I think State is doing as good of a job as you could ask to replace the legend that is Artosis. Just something for me though is his voice feels a bit stressed, like enthusiastic but tense. Something I miss about Artosis is how the timbre of his voice was enthusiastic but somehow relaxed and chill as well.

Compared to absolute tools they have in Europe this days like Zombiegrub, Wardie, Lowko etc. State is doing a great job

Yeah, I thought the same thing - sounds like he's trying a bit too hard instead of just relaxing into the role - but what can you expect when filling the casting archon shoes? Nothings ever going to top Artosis for me, but I can listen to a series cast by State and enjoy myself instead of wanting to turn off the commentary, which is an improvement over many EU casts.

@Amellian Games yeah right, should we built their statues as well because they casted some games? Its just an entertainment business and they are BAD entertainers, grow up ffs! Also there are some decent castors in europe like Roti,Nat,Catz…..

that bunker rush was pretty funny. Tasteless came up with a new word for hatcheries killed while morphing, instead of getting canceled in time to get a refund-- killceled -- I hope that becomes the term.

ragna is now finally really back to his old scrub style

in the first game Cure keeps doing damage, picking up and flying away and the response of Ragnarok is Hive and Ultralisks. I don't get it

Ultras are good tanking unit in general late game, and hive is for viper to cast parasitic bomb on the medivacs.

The casters mentioned it, but if Ragnarok had waited and let cure kill the base, he could've built the lings needed to surround the bio which would have made the ultras useful. But instead he just charged them off creep into a stimed bio army who was allowed to kite the shit out of them.

why don't zergs make infestors? I'm seeing vipers against mass bio and the zerg gets kited to hell

Because infestors work better as the surprise element rather than being commonly used in the normal games unless the game becomes stale. They don't hold the same power as ghosts, useless without energy, and once your opponent knows about their existence, the burrow tactic will be rarely work.

Depending on, if the Terran is doing a 2 base all in, 3 base all in, mass expand late game, 3 base pressure, 2 base pressure, 4 base pressure build ect. If you are 2 base all in'd, you counter it with roach ravager. And early full eco. The thing is, you need to scout it. I don't think Ragnarok did well at scouting this game.

I felt sick watching that bunker rush…. Terran is so much better than the other 2 races…. How’s this even a debate anymore.

I was so confused when Ragnarok made it to the finals last year. It seems like he just goes zergling + baneling every game. He really doesn't seem to be a real Code S level player.

Spoiler: Cure is just the best Terran in the world. The hatch sacrifice was kinda surprising, I mean, he scouted it late, but sacraficing is more a thing against 3 racks opening. Maybe he didn't scout for it with the overlord, because he was scouting it late and was afraid of losing it instantly and then the game, if it is a 3 racks. But the execution was perfect by Cure. One of the best rushes I have ever seen. I don't remember something like this. Even though rag messed it up. Game 1 was extremely clean and game 3 godlike. But I have to say, Ragnarok didn't play at his finest imo.

State is a much better caster than Artosis.

Pretty terrible series from ragnarok honestly
