Your videos helped my wife and I decide on ordering an Expedition (got a ‘22 Expedition Platinum Max in order!). We are expecting our first this year and it turns out….TWINS! So my little VW wasn’t gonna cut it with 2 car seats, baby gear, strollers, dog and suitcases for any family trip. Time for the upgrade! Thanks for the content!

I’m a dad too. Save some money and start with an Explorer. Keep the 3rd row flat for your stroller and diaper bag. Wait to upgrade to an Expedition when you’re expecting a third kid or once the twins outgrow their boosters.

@@willadams8558 I really don’t care for the explorers infotainment, if I was going that size I’d probably go either Infiniti QX60 or Jeep Grand Cherokee L, but we already have a 2 row SUV, this will be for longer trips with twin baby gear as well as our 50lb dog and suitcases etc…plus it’ll be nice to have a large vehicle for other needs

Congrats on you and your wife having twins and also in deciding to get the Expedition!!! I have a question and I'm hoping you might be able to help me out 🙏 Since you are having twins I'm wondering if you will be having a double size stroller and if so, does the double size stroller fit in the back trunk space with the third row seats up?

@@LF12278 we haven’t received the vehicle yet but we have a Joovy twin roo plus for a car seat stroller as well as the bugaboo donkey 5. Both are pretty large but do fold and can fit behind the 3rd row

My girlfriend absolutely loves your videos. We just picked up the expedition max stealth and couldn't be happier. We have four kids and everyone is comfortable in it. Plenty of space for everyone and an absolute joy to drive.

I still have my expedition and it’s 15 years old! Love it .

We got this car for our 2 kids (and growing) + 1 dog, but we got the XLT with bench seat in the Max size. It was all about the back 2 rows and how they worked. Nothing was quite as good as this setup. Smart, Ford!

AAAHHHHHH!!! YAYY! Thank you sooo much Kelly! YOU nailed this car tour even in the midst of the rushed hustle and bustle of it being in the middle of a car show! You just helped SOLIDIFY my Lust for this baby! So many spots for carseats (latches), cupholders for all the days of leftover coffee and yay for upper air vents! Also didn't know the 15in screen pulled out the AC and radio! I definitely was set on the 12in bc of that difference but happy to know the 15in has that!! We ordered the 2022 Limited (still waiting) but this makes me SO excited! We have twins on the way, a toddler in a high back booster and another toddler still in a 5-point. So the car seat reviews mean the WORLD to this mom!

Would you get the 15.5 screen or the standard screen in the 2022? Ordering one and can’t decide if that screen is going to be more annoying or helpful. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

Which booster seat are you using in the third row? We are having a hard time finding one that will sit flush against the back of the seat since we cannot remove the headrests. It says chicco but looks different than the ones I am seeing. We have a graco and a chicco convertible one but neither one sits flush against the seat because the headrests are not adjustable or removable in the third row. Super frustrating! I love my Expedition, but this has been an unexpected headache. Our third is due in 3 weeks and we are trying to get our older ones in the back! Love your videos! Thanks

I am not a fan of the giant iPad screen. It’s similar with the Explorer and was one of the major reasons I didn’t like the cabin. Atlas is still 100x better IMO. Why did you change your mind on the giant iPad look?

@The_Car_Mom is this one in the forged green color? I ordered the timberline in forged green but I like this color I keep seeing in the car show videos! One video looked like this and the window sticker said forged green metallic, so I am hopeful I didn't mess up.

This one is dark matter metallic.The timberline pictures on Ford website is forged green.

Are you able to do the car seat friendly tilt with the full-size car seat forward facing? Rear facing?

Yes and yes! If RF you may just have to move up passenger seat first. Not ideal but works in a pinch!

When will this car be released for purchase?

I'm getting the max and it will fit in my garage, BUT it will only leave me about 18 inches behind the vehicle to walk around...if I did the math right. Very tight!

It was going good until I saw the oversized tablet glued to the dashboard. Then I said oh noo not again. Can' they really do it right? Well they can't. That alone would stop me from considering this car.

It’s Timberline, not Timberland. Also, the Timberline is not offered in max form.
