Army Master Sergeant and Senior Medic Ivan Morera lost his left hand while trying to avoid a suicide bomber while driving his vehicle in Afghanistan. By including military adaptive sports in his challenging recovery regimen, Morea has returned to active duty and will represent the USSOCOM team in a number of competitions at the 2022 DoD Warrior Games in Orlando, FL.
