Sorry about that. I try to warn when the audio test is incoming so you can turn down your volume.

I'm actually really impressed with these new gen Acuras, and as a long time Honda /Acura fan that's been very underwhelmed by their products over the last decade, I'm finally getting excited again about the brand

Love the LED headlights, very laser like beam cutoff. Good looking car 👍

I worked for acura from 2007 -2012 and all their newer products performed worse than older ones . Even now , the tlx is slower than the 2008 TL- Type s and the ilx is crap compared to the original tsx . Even my 2003 cl - s type was about as fast and had really close handling numbers . I had a 2012 tl , 2012 tl shawd , 2014 mdx and i just returned my 2018 tlx awd aspec. Acura always has promising ideas but never follow through completely. The RL is obsolete , ilx is obsolete , the rdx looks nice but the old one performed better , the new tlx is slow and small on the inside and doesn't drive anywhere near as good as Acura paid people to say . I will admit , the mdx is and has been amazing.

I’ve been waiting patiently for this upgrade. Looks good on video, but waiting for dealer to get something on site so I can try it out. I’ve owned 5 Acuras starting with the Acura Legend in 1990. They’ve given me very little grief, but felt of late they had fallen behind others. Hope this one brings them in line with other makers.

Owned 3 Acuras, got this puppy ordered delivery Mid March :) Have been waiting patiently for this re-design and I really like it. Never had an issue except for expensive windshields, my 2019 MDX feels so outdated compared to a 2019 X3 I've sat in. Hoping the 10 Speed in this gives the old 3.5 a better feeling but other than that, Love it can't wait. Edit* Arrived today, I'm in love.

Used to be. Today they are just Honda+.

It’s super weird that the A-spec’s ambient lighting are only available on the door trims and not near the center console area like what u see in the advanced trim. Doesn’t make sen for the brand to skimp out on those areas just to save a couple $ tbh🤷‍♂️

I wish the MSRP was maybe $3,000-$4,000 lower. Then I would definitely walk in and buy one at sticker. It seems like there are many units just sitting on the lot. But dealers aren't budging.

I’m kinda scared to see what it looks like with a Front Plate 💀😭

The only thing this exact model is missing is a HUD :( everything else is absolutely beautiful.

Like the video, safe driving , like to have 2022 MDX Adv. Pack without the sunroof, to avoid glasses accidents . Read about the sunroof glasses shattered by itself while park without any accidents. Would it be possible to opt out of Sunroof in Adv pack.? Will custom built the future order of my future 2022 MDA Adv Pack . Just a vision . Thanks you very much.

I don’t believe you can opt out of specific options at certain trim levels unfortunately

I definitely love the new Acura’s, but they all look inside, a bit, too similar. Especially with the display and all. But I guess it also costs a lot to R&D and stuff

That screen sure took a long time to bootup after startup... I wonder if the camera would work right away, or if you have to wait a minute...

X7? The X7 is the best full size luxury suv and it doesn’t even compete with the MDX. Even the X5 is better than the MDX

@@kristians2704 the mdx comes with a smooth v6, 10 speed auto, 17 speaker sound system and is sh-awd which is the best in the business. The interior is nice,, very on par with other luxury brands.. and starting at 47k lol the top is 63k ..The x5 gets a 4 cylinder and base..the same spec x5 is 70k lol v8 is more 80k

The ride is buttery smooth especially in Comfort mode. I owned a Lexus RX 350 2023 and traded in for the Aspec 2024 Acura and couldn’t be happier.

That’s a long start up for the navigation/ infotainment screen

This extremely cool 😎 car is so unbelievably quiet and the ELS sound system is unbelievably good, so I really have to say that Acura has hit the bull's eye with the new MDX ... I love this car so much, unfortunately, you can do it here in Germany Do not officially buy the Acura brand but only through gray importers or US car dealers ...!

Inside the cabin? It’s actually very quiet with the acoustic film on the front glass.

I think they should be ashamed of the ambient lighting in the ASPEC smh should had gotten the Advance which is a little more lights smh

Sorry about that. I want to retain the POV experience, so a fixed camera wouldn’t make that possible. I hope that as low light high motion video improves, it will become much less nauseating.

Nice improvement from previous gen. But the interior ambient lighting does not come close to x5 or even a GLE. Also the gauge reminds me of a 10th gen civic gauge display.

@@godofwar4276 Current models are usually released either summer or Q4 of the year prior. With 2021 already beginning, it’s more appropriate to call it 2022. It’s weird but that’s how the auto industry usually works. That way, they can release the Type S, for example, as a 2022 model, not 2021.

Where you bothered by the two blue led stripes on the door? I found them horribly distracting in the video. Curious if its like that in the cabin too?

The ambient lighting is a bit underwhelming or at least from this video. Far from the night club inspired lighting you get on Mercedes Benz products. But I guess its a start at least Acura is trying unlike Lexus.

Pierre update your software system to fixing the bug issues, trust me

meh. If only an X5 had 3 rows. The powertrain and ultralight steering on the MDX is a huge letdown. Plus, the FWD biased platform blows.

I'm confused between this being driven by a 32yr old single dude looking to wife up a pretty lady or if this looks like its for a young mom with 2 young kids.
