They all seem to have silky smooth tracks.. we have a sandy/clay rough as hell banked track in Az. and handling bumps and ruts is just as important as the turns.

Great car count for these little cars awsome racing guys looks fun. I have a racing series I run out of my storage unit that is climate controlled with a decent size track and we run outlaw sprints stock sprints outlaw modifieds and latemodels and stock mods and latemodels it's just 5-7 of us and the outlaw class hauls the mail especially winged sprint outlaws the wing actually makes a huge difference at the speeds we are going. I just don't like all the stopping for wreck just give turn Marshalls a long stick to flip cars back over and use micro transponders like we do to keep track of position

I would love to see an actual clay/dirt track. That would be best, and more realistic. More skill than just sheer speed. Why not?? Who doesn't like to slide through corners, even at this small scale??

Look up el paso mini speedway. They have, in my opinion, the most realistic clay banked oval that run these cars. Its too cool man

Most racers don't want that. RC racing used to be on normal dirt, often loose. Now, even when it's off road, it's usually carpet (you know, just like the full-size off-road carpet racers! /s ) Even when it's dirt, it's usually groomed clay that behaves like asphalt or concrete. The biggest limit to going faster is rolling over due to excess traction. But, to be fair to these tiny 1RC cars, mini-scale RCs don't like to slide. They snap spin so quickly that most drivers couldn't control them on a loose, bumpy surface. For those conditions, you want a larger, heavier car that reacts more slowly.

@@guest6423 Understood. Why not use a gyro like the drifters use, that would make these little cars manageable on dirt. Just a thought.
