I bought TVS Jupiter 125 and not all accessories are set exactly as it was stated when I booked the vehicle. Not all the bolts and spare parts were fitted properly and the scooter was delivered without pre delivery checks. It rattles when you ride it and it seems like you are riding on a knuckle. The seat bolts are missing on both sides and the whole seat unit can be opened. Such a absence of quality control prior to delivery will result in human life. I noticed this after delivery and reported it immediately but they said it would be fixed at the first service and even that they did not do it right at the first service. They intentionally left a few scratches on the scooter and even at service they got it wrong (because you notified their fault, see how unnecessary they are behaving like a school kids) They put outdated compatible accessories and the mounting is pathetic, most of the screws are not tight. They left tents and scratches on the scooter because Mr. Nicholas has no technical knowledge and the service team has no qualified mechanics. Very poor support and they have no idea about service and quality control. When I held the first service in December 2022, I explained all the issues to MR. Vijaya Raghavan and the sales manager MR. Hari, but they convinced me and I accepted delivery without good service and fixing of accessories and tightening screws and so on. Desperate service and the performance of the bike is not good, getting noise while riding and it feels like riding an old scooter (ridden only 900+ km so far). Anyone can look at the pictures and think twice about booking TVS in Dhiraa. Mr. Nicholas, the service manager and Mr. Harish (the person in charge of the work card) are unable to appreciate their error and lack of responsibility and coordination on the team. They both work very slowly and they don't do their jobs until time passes. They didn't even record client issues on the work card. Mr. Nicholas is enough to get his company down on its knees. If they continually feel the customer's curse, their business will quickly disappear. Customer never supported by TVS Motors Tertiary representative, Mr. Sri Vignesh Nagarajan, he is not the right person to solve customer problems and he will do his best to stop your complaint. He truly works for the dealership and neither for the client nor for TVS Motor. TVS CEO K.N. RADHAKRISHNAN & TVS REGIONAL MANAGER SHOULD STEP IN AND EXAMINE DHIRAA AND THEIR CCTV FOOTPRINTS ON THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS AND SHOULD CANCEL THEIR DEALERSHIP. @ Dhiraa GM and MD You will notice this when your sales drop. I assume that if you do not train Mr. Nicolas, Mr. Harish and the service team, this could lead to the closure of your Ullagaram branch in the near future. I am ready for a discussion with Dhiraa GM, TVS Zone1 Manager along with a local mediator, but Dhiraa has to prove that with CCTV footprints. Are you ready? I will do my best to reach TVS CEO, in the meantime I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court and proceed with a legal opinion. If I do not get a solution, I will burn the vehicle showing Invoice and publish in the leading media and make a live broadcast. Dear area residents, those who are considering booking a vehicle with Dhiraa TVS should think twice or thrice. TThe lack of quality control and quality products lead to your life being threatened, do not support such a poor dealer, If you do, your life will be looked down upon.
