Quick Question if you don’t mind me asking I’ve been in restaurants for over 10 years and management! I know with covid bad timing to get into sales ! But giving it a big shot I wanna do it. The way I see it if I can sell cars during this I can sell during the best times as well! Am I wrong for wanted to get into sales at this time? I love talking to people I just wanna find a new career I love cars and learning

It's a great business! You can go into this business and make a 100K a year and really not know really how to sell. Once you learn, income potential is far greater. The hardest thing is dealership culture. Most dealerships are not good to their employees. I recommend reading indeed and glassdoor reviews from employees. Then look at dealer rater and Google reviews from customers. Also I would interview a couple employees on how they like working at said dealership when you're there for your interview. Big sign of high turnover, is a place that pretty much hires you, without a real interview. Normally a real interview with involve 2 or 3 manager's.

@@Hammy1TV thank! Yeah I’m a manager myself so I fully understand what a Quick hire is . How to tell the culture of the place pretty quick I have a few interviews myself these next two weeks! One being open one! They seem to be focus on high school aspect of hiring debating about that. Tomororws I’m really excited about!

I love this car, but the key fob is not as good looking as the 2020 Toyota Camry se that I rented

it is available and very popular.. idk how this dealership hasn't seen it. its actually easier to find a 2 tone.
