Ok this is a breath of fresh air. My husband won't let me have all the pets, so all the plants it is! But everything I see and learn is like "it MUST live in the window!!" But I don't have windowsill ledges but I do have lots of wall space to hang or to put up shelves but they aren't in direct window light, just lots of indirect light! So I love seeing that these are all over a room, not just piled infront of a window!

If you Want your grandmothers plant to bloom , you need to put it somewhere Dark, I mean really dark. A closed or drawer or something for about 2-3 weeks and then bring it back and it will bloom for you. Advice I got and mine started to bloom after so it’s worth it 👍🏽 A really beautiful collection of plants you got 😘 love watching you learning and doing the garden too and feeling so proud for you when you succeed and learning and getting rewarded . Im more a garden person and love every ting garden but have love for houseplants to but most doing the winter time when the garden is sleeping 😊 bye from Denmark 🇩🇰

I love it and you and your plants as well because one thing I really love about your content is that...you still in the classic plant that everybody love and not on the rare plants that is very hard to find and obtain....Sometimes I skip on watching videos whenever I see a rare type of content because I cant blend my self into rare plants...If you know what I mean...so your videos are something that I must watch.

Thanks Becca for another wonderful plant tour, I always enjoy them, you for sure have a different environment in your new state and I have been loving seeing all of the things you have been doing. It's hard to pick a favorite, you have so many that I would love to have, and maybe once I have my sunroom I will have room to put one of those cabinets to house some special plants. I do love your Thai Constellation, that one is on my wish list, hopefully someday these will be easier to get without spending a ton of money, I just love the variegation. I do love the Syngonium variegata albo, I have had it on my wish list for a very long time and then one of my plant friends sent me a cutting and also some other cuttings, it got huge roots and I then potted it up and it is with all of my other Syngoniums and doing very good, she is so beautiful. I also love Anthuriums and struggle with some of the leaves not looking their best but still they are such cool plants. Thanks again Becca, have a great week, sending love and hugs, bye for now.

Hi! That is indeed a Christmas Cactus! The leaves are the right shape. Mine is a Thanksgiving cactus, mixed with Christmas, and Easter cactus. . Taken from my mom's plant. I think mine is mainly Thanksgiving. It hasn't bloomed yet, still a baby.. the "leaves" are more rectangular. Yours is a beauty!! Love your videos!

Put it in dark place for 2-3-4 weeks and back to light an it will bloom for you

I have good success rooting the standleyana in perlite & water (so not wet perlite but really a jar with perlite and water), no leaf curling and roots in a couple of weeks! Loved your tour!

Such beautiful plants! You really do have a large variety of plants too. I haven’t ventured into the Allcasia, Anthurium, fancy Philodendrons, etc. - the ones that need high humidity. The leaves are absolutely gorgeous, there’s no doubt about that, but I prefer bushy, full plants. I’ll always love my Pothos!!! 😂😂 My all time favorite plant is the Monstera Deliciosa. I have two babies - one is 6 months older than the other, and I got them from Planterina. I can’t wait to see them get fenestrations!! As for my favorite plant emoji, I love the little cactus one - 🌵, but I usually end my comments with hearts and the one houseplant emoji - 🪴. Thank you for sharing! 💜💚🪴

The syngonium you were talking about is the wendlandii! It’s one of the favorite houseplants!

I enjoyed your tour. My method of dealing with those pesty nets is filling a jar lid with a mixture of diluted orange juice with a few drops of dawn dish detergent. Remove every few days to avoid mold growth because of the high humidity in your cabinet. I hope you have success.

Thank you for this fun tour. As you said your plants are thriving. I think the room is ideal for them. I had a pretty healthy watermelon peperomia and some other types of peperomia and they all suddenly start to drop their leaves like crazy at the end of last Fall and as of today I do not know what happened. The water melon did not make it but the others survived. For the plants on you shoe rack, you could try elevate the ones on both corners to give some depth to setting.

Fav plant emoji is the potted plant obviously -- I had to come back three times to watch all the way through

@10:00 Hi, I think that's a syngonium wendlandii :) have one myself, they are gorgeous! love the chalky white stripe and the older leaves can get really big and a dark velvet green in color

Hey Beca, I think if you move your potted Standleyana too higher light it will do better an you’ll be happier with it. The prop one put it in a big zip lock even in the cabinet, they take a lot of humidity an light too propagate. Hope it helps. 😀 Thanks for sharing your beautiful collection 💚🌿
