Hello Tech Giant, I am writing to you from the U.S. About one month ago, I purchased this Samsung Q80A . I already had an existing Roku device that was at least 5 yrs old. When my app bar was visible, Roku was in the 2nd position. Recently I purchased a new 4K Roku device and then my Roku app was way to the right at the end. I enquired at the store where I purchased the television, looked on Google and You Tube and could find nothing to show me how to get it back to its old position. then I found your video. In it I saw just what I needed to do this and you made it very easy. Everything is now back in order and I wanted to thank you so much for providing the help that I needed. Particularly useful tip on how to reorder the apps to suit viewer preference,and muting using the smart control. We've only had our Q80A 55in a couple of weeks now and generally the TV is very good,however, while watching a You Tube video yesterday which featured a lot of outdoor filming the picture became blurred whenever grass featured in the shot ie.Green colour. The blurring was restricted to the grass area coming in to the shot while the rest of the picture looked OK.Would this be the GoPro video camera operator or is it that the TV cannot cope with large areas of grass while the camera operator is simultaneously moving and filming? Haven't watched any football yet! Any suggestions are welcome.I will no doubt revisit this and your other Q80A vids to become more familiar with the TV.Very helpful,thanks.

What video source is playing in the background? I can't get any video to play that smoothly! 4k streaming has motion blur issues that are very obvious with fast movements or moderately paced camera panning. Of course I've played around with all the motion blur settings, and I did run a video test that looked great. So I'm not sure if this is just a limitation of streaming and framerates. Haven't had he chance to watch any blue rays on it. Thank you for any feedback!! 🙏

However, I just looked it up on Samsung, and it said to press and hold the mute button on the remote to enable your accessibility features. you said to press the volume up and down button, so maybe my TV is different than yours. Of course, I don’t remember when the TV was bought, but… That’s OK.

it looked to me that the vol was on the right and the mute/voice command was on the left.

Does all the new samsung tv models no longer have motion remote features because I bought one as a gift to my mother and I didn't notice anything like the cursor.

Does this Q80A has Local Dimming when in VRR or G-Sync ? Cause my LG Nano turns Local Dimming off when in VRR

Love my qled 65 only thing I've spotted is when it's off and you shine a torch on it looks like leopard print. Is this normal? No problems with the TV just looks different than other led tvs I've had?

I learned a couple of things from your video, thanks. My current system consists of a Samsung Q800T 75" TV, the LG SN11RG Soundbar System, and a LG UBK90 4K Blu-ray player. I waited a long time to put together a home theater system like this. Am I happy with it? YES!! Hearing Dolby Atmos is mind blowing. I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase these components; definitely not cheap $$. No Regrets :-}

Is the lack of support for Dolby Vision in QN75QN90AAFXZA a dealbreaker? Do you advise to buy now or wait and hope for Dolby Vision adoption? It otherwise seems to beat out other Mini/Neo/QLEDs in most reviews. I have a severely burned in 2016 LG 3D OLED and will never buy another OLED or even an LG on principle. I found this annoying as well. I use the remote being used in this video and it doesn't have a hdmi source button, so you have to scroll through the apps to find the hdmi input. Then I realised that I could set up my consoles so that when I turn them on the TV automatically switches to the correct hdmi.

I just bought the samsung 2022 tv. the remote is blinking red and doesn't work when u press any key, it can't connect to the tv either what im supposed to do??

I've just bought this TV here in Portugal, it's a great TV no doubts, but here, the tv only comes with one remote control, the small solar powered one, but i want the other remote, with that one you can access the settings with only a touch of a button, and you also can rearrange the order of the apps, that's something i want but i can't do with the intelligent remote. So, please, could you tell me the model number of the traditional remote control so I can buy one?

@@pedrosantos10 Eu estou satisfeito, mas também não sou nenhum expert. Diria que tem melhor performance em locais com alguma iluminação, devido a não ser Oled. Locais totalmente escuros não é perfeita como uma oled cujos pretos são perfeitos. O som é muito bom.

No you can't change the resolution. Anything lower than 4k will be automatically upscaled.

Samsung QN90A or LG C1, which one should I go for? Been stuck in this confusion for a couple of weeks now.. Everyone's recommending the OLED to me, however, I have a bright window directly opposite to where the TV will mount.. is the neoQLEDs dark room performance that much worse than the OLED that I won't be able to tolerate at night time? TV viewing is divided among both day and night. I don't game, nor watch regular cable Television. The TV will only be used for streaming content so the extra 2.1 ports on the LG doesn't really matter to me. I really want to make the right decision as this is really stretching my budget and I won't be upgrading my TV for atleast 5-7 years.

The bright room alone is good enough a reason to go for neo QLED the fact that you want to change tv after 5-7 years pretty much decides it for you. I reccomned going for QLED

Hi Paul, ( This is going to cost me a coffee , lol ) Hope you can help. I have a Samsung TU8300 bought a month ago, During that past month, at some point, the App tiles on smart hub home menu used to not only enlarge the tiles as you moved the cursor across them, but also used to put a white box around the tile to highlight the tile even further. Now,,, I somehow lost the white box. I wondered if you knew how to get it back on. Many thanks big fella. John

Good question mate, but unfortunately I'm not sure how you'd go about changing that, and I'm not sure you even can. Did you recently recieve a software update, as it wouldn't surprise me if an automatic update has changed it.

@@TheTechGiantKZread Ahhh... No software hasn`t updated, just same as day 1. . But... I`ve found it again, It automatically puts a white box around the tile ( as you hover along) as well as changing menu to Black & White, when " High contrast" is selected in the " General //Accessibility " settings section. Give it a try. ...er... I think that`s a coffee you owe me !!! 😄

P.S. .....Obviously you won`t see the white square if the App/Tile already has a white background....such as Netflix. KZread etc.

Samsung told me that Samsung Q80A has 4 HDMI 2.0 ports. Isn't there HDMI port #4 is 2.1 right. Why is Samsung telling me the wrong information.,

I find my qn95a best for HDR and my C1 for SDR content

I can’t wait till Samsung goes OLED next year.
