I coached the Philippines Junior National Team in 2017. She was on Mexico's team. She Threw hard then, 63. She is a Division 1 prospect. Mexico knocked us out winning two extra inning games against us.

pretty good with little pressure . Focus is always on amount of pitch type speed thenspots i think the sooner pitchers learn they have a defence and how to throw to it they will be a serious force, i also understand without those attributes you dont get a look in

It’s a whole crap ton of work! What she is doing is whipping her arm as fast as possible and snapping really hard.

Her change-up is literally how fast my pitches are! (I just started pitching)
