The floor, upholstery and countertops are gorgeous, and I love the floor plan. The dark oak highly-lacquered wood is an ewwww though. Love all the hidden little storage spots!

Awe man. It’s so beautiful inside and this looks be my favorite RV yet, functional and not too ostentatious that it is wasteful. One day something like this will be my mobile home for work and relocation across the country.

This RV is nicer than most houses.

Nice video. They finally figured out that the swirly graphics on a coach look silly. The exterior on this is much more tastefully done. Even less would be better.

Very well done presentation of a very nice coach.

Would be awesome to have a frosted strip around the middle of the shower glass to offer the occupants a certain degree of privacy. Then someone could be getting ready at the vanity and another could be taking a shower at the same time.

It is beautiful, only thing I would like is the DVD player upfront. Could be a problem if someone is sleeping or taking a shower and you want to play a DVD in the living-dining room. I could live in this!

When you first see the inside and the things they put inside, you would think the vehicle is very huge. Then they take you outside and you think to yourself, how do they fit a bathroom with shower a bedroom and kitchen inside this bus. It’s incredible

Hey Angie! That was a very in-depth review, and as always your knowledge and presentation is unparalleled. Just had one question, does the 2021 model come with heated floors or the change to flooring has ruled that feature out?

Love that new screen door design...does the king aire come in any bunk/2 full bath models like the foretravel realm?

This year 2021, they are not offering the King Aire with a bunk but you can get one in their other luxury coaches. Give us a call at 469-277-1330 and we can send you the floorplans!

What a detailed walk through. I'm in the market for an RV I'm targeting February time frame. I've really thinking about the New Aire or 40' Mountain Aire. The motion sensors does turning them on/off control all three areas or are the zones controlled separately?

Thank you for such a thorough review! Is the toilet porcelain? Is this configured for solar as an option? Also, I am obsessed with your dress. Please tell us where you you got it. It is a style I love. Fingers crossed...I hope it comes in royal purple.

It took me far longer than the two hours to watch your presentation (I kept stopping to take notes). I have pages of questions, but some of my top ones would be: * Why aren't many of the safety features incorporated into all RVs? * Can some of the features (360 camera) be added to a different coach? * About the 360 camera, is it infrared? The reason why I am asking is that if someone is around the coach at 2am, all you would have to do is turn on the cameras and take a look at them. * I did not understand the reason why you could not open the engine compartment until there was enough air. * There was no rear ladder. You did not say anything about it (but it did provide a nice clean backside). Is the roof accessible? May I make a suggestion? Pull the coach into a service bay and have a technician provide an underside explanation. Angie, you gave an outstanding presentation, but I would really like to thank the folks we did not see- the person who took the video and the person who edited it.

Is there a built in surge protector????….on my checklist it’s got everything I am sooo hooked my new coach…..got a trade but I am in love with this coach!!!

Lovely presenter beautifully dressed. But may consider to do without the wings so as not to block shade the view of the interior parts given space is already somewhat congested inside.

What is the max. towing capacity of this rig? 20 000 pounds?

I don't think the lithium batteries would be good to use in real winters. A vehicle would warm up while in use but as soon as you leave it off for a few hours it freezes fast. Lithium batteries can't be charged under 0 celcius unlike lead acid batteries. Possibly I don't Understand how you would keep the coach heated 24/7 in minus 25 degrees celcius. Either that's doable, or Four Season use has restrictions?

If you are using your coach you would keep the bays heated so that it would not get too cold. 🥶
