No matter what others say ktm genuinely did major improvements although the older ktm rc 200 was aggressive while the new one some might hate it I feel looks dashing and bulky and the rear seating comfort adds to its charm Well Done ktm ❤️

Finally some one said it, yeah it's ktm they do know how to design a bike. All the changes are done for improving the bike. People who are saying that old look was better just don't realise the importance of the new design. This is a new bike and there is no point in comparing it with the old one. If people want the old design why wait for this bike then? This bike practicality where the old one didn't had and lose a lot of customers now it's more in to the ktm DNA and it's sport bikes, people just don't realise it. The look is good in my opinion and it's for a purpose. Never only look at the design people.

I think the new headlamp makes it more apparent that this is just a Duke with a fairing clipped on. In my opinion the older headlamp design did give the RC range some individuality of its own.

New Still looks Good to me, for now as I have seen for quite a time

I still like the aggressive look of the old RC series.

The Front design was better in older versions. Disappointed with the front of the 2021 version.

In real its totally different 😍

R15 sales will go brrrr.. front end looks absolutely disgusting on the rc.. I prefer the older look which was more striking and it was waay sharper

r15 don't improve they reduced the power from v3 and replace the signature dual headlamp with single projector

The front looks more bulky and slightly better. I was not a fan of the RCs earlier front 'beak' look. Lots of good subtle changes.

This design is eventually growing in my mind. I guess they tried to setup MotoGP design aspect Yes, we do miss the old RC touch though but I feel the improved dynamics overall.

I still didn't like the front look despite seeing it in front of me. I think if you're someone who goes for performance and don't care much about the looks which is subjected and depends on personal taste then this would be a better choice to buy. I was expecting KTM would make the RC even more angrier and sharper but they totally pull a stunt by not doing that.

The way they redesign the headlamp is for cost cutting fo sure. The older RC still got the looks but changes on the other end is quite subtle.

I just now rode along the KTM showroom watching my RX-135,5-Speed's reflection in the Glass Panels! I didn't look at the KTM 's.

One question to KTM , cornering ABS on this but not on 250 duke ( console needs to be updated on 250 duke )or 250 ADV (LED headlights missing here also ) .

In 2019 and 20 I was impressed by the design of rc 390 and had a thought in mind to purchase it ..but trust me looking at this model I will only have it if somebody give it to me for freee....not worth at all

Front headlight looks similar to ktm duke behind the transparent visor. KTM played smart on production cost cutting too 😜👍🏻

Most people get these bikes for their looks and charm not for racing and outright performance( like RC 125) so bikes like r15m sales will be sky rockated now for sure.... I was thinking to get Rc 200 but now R15 M is the go to choice.

Me smiling through watching the whole video of new version R15 and here I'm just thinking, ayyyy what a disaster 😳 Front, side fairing, pillion seat...seems like they've added different parts and panels from different bikes. Why this bike doesn't have a single flow design like V4 or Old RC?? I think HERO designers designed this bike.

The thing is, even if you able to switch wheels from domi to rc, I don't think the wheels of domi suit rc, domi has many chrome and shiny elements which is suited alone for tht bike, also take suggestions from a mechanic✌️

I love this new one due to seats which were horrible before now family will agree to buy it for me😂

I am owner of the older sharper RC200 and also Yamaha R15 V2 and being a fan of sportsbikes am trying to get myself to like this new model but it's kinda hard... My height : 174cms (5 ft 9inch) My weight : 63_65 kgs I possess the exact average physique of a MotoGP rider so the agressive riding positions of any sportsbikes feels natural to me so i have no problems with my KTM RC200 ergonomics. 1.The HID projector headlights of the older spec model is the best in class and lights up the road, don't know how well this model can match up. 2. Absolutely love the front visor and sharp nose fairing of the older model, the new model seems to offer more aerodynamic drag resistance but that wouldn't be of much use in a 200cc engine, would make more scene if they had given this design to the RC390 alone where 150+kmph speeds can be comfortably reached and wind protection is a necessity. 3. My older model RC200 has a 9.5 l tank capacity but i never ride with more than 4 litres in the tank in city cause the weight is pretty prominent on a full tank of fuel due to the battery also placed right on top of the fuel tank so personally I don't see the need for bigger 13.7 fuel tank in a sportsbike, makes sense on tourers, cruisers, adventure bikes. 4. The new lighter rims are one of positives of the new model, it will definitely improve unsprung mass, but owners of older RC model can just get the rims alone than upgrade to the new bike complete. 5.The new tail and rear seat are very good but the old design of the intergreted seat and holders is an absolute masterpiece. 6.The new instrument cluster is definitely an upgrade from the outdated display on the older spec model, but personally the display is the least of my preferences when I'm riding, i need sharp handling performance rather than a smartphone display. Overall it's okay, it's definitely nice can't say it's bad but personally will stick to the older spec and will wait for the new RC390 to show up, with it's adjustable suspension and other perks in the international market let's see what the Indian model gets.

The Last point makes me thinking after 7 yrs is this the update we r looking for?

I know I'm nitpicking but some segments of the video have totally washed out colors where as some of them have good punchy colors. I've noticed this in some past videos as well but the Orange color of KTM makes the difference more noticeable.

But I still love the old generation KTM RC200 . It's sharp, agile, fun to ride.

Personally I went to KTM showroom today and watched this new Rc,, Everything is amazing but the front design is weird and it's very wide bad looking. From far, it is very attractive anyway, but the thing is when u go near to this New RC you'll definitely don't like the front design

Going to buy duke 250 2nd hand . Mods to it : Rc200 alloy wheels which are lighter. Also replace the disc because old will not fit . Replace to new information meter if its plug and play . Replace the tyres with Road 5 in both end . Replace the master cylinder and brake pad. Replace rare sprocket ⚙️ with 2 or 4 more teeth i am more of a tourer with love for twistiest. Replace seat with hard cushion.
