SA Open Champion 2021.
In testing and then epic conditions at J-Bay, Eastern Cape, South Africa, 6 to 8ft walls, Tom Gray shone. Within a four-day window period we had two full days of competition. The first day was small and uninspiring, the last day was epic.

I'm sure the competitor in him is still burning from the second place. But he is a true spokesperson and icon of the sport.

Thanks Christopher. We have high hopes for Tom at this event. We expecting a nice size swell and I expect Tom to make at least the semis of the open division

IMO South African Kneeboarding exemplifies what it to be core surfer. We have a few transplants here in Christchurch New Zealand.
