one time a straight piped 345 cut up right next to me and it was so damn loud i thought it was a scatpack, so id say the 345 does sound a bit better than the 392

Only the 5.7L Hemis sound this good with just a muffler delete. I would leave it as is. No more to be done here.

I have a 2017 Dodge Challenger 5.7 with a mid-muffler delete and it sounds just like this. One of the best modifications you can do to a 5.7.

i just got my mids deleted but why is still the same volume as before??

I did the mid muffler delete at first on my 2019 Challenger 5.7. Disliked that farting sound it was doing. Did the rear resonator delete and installed dual tips and it sounds so much better!

I forgot to mention I did have Dynomax Race Bullets installed on the mids to keep droning down a bit. Everybody loves the sound, always getting compliments. Next up are headers and high flow cats.

Yeah I agree that sounds terrible at idle and when revs are going down. Sounds great while in high revs though.

I got a 19 charger RT and I did a mid muffler delete and I love it 💪🏾🔥 everybody tells me it sounds like a scat

Awesome,louder than my 1320 a bit..regret getting a 1320.1320s suck for sound.did my muffler and resonator delete as well. 5.7 is the way to go or a regular scat pack.

If you get a Challenger or a charger with the active exhaust valves a simple mid muffler delete will make those things so loud you can hear em from a mile away. The mid mufflers are actually straight through mufflers and I always say the mufflers that make the most power and are the loudest are the ones that you can see through unlike turbo mufflers or chambered mufflers. I actually prefer the sound of a 5.7 hemi with a mid muffler delete over something like a scat pack with a mid-muffler delete.

I want to replace my mid mufflers with Flowmaster super 44's and keep the Rear resonators. I can't find a video of that setup though. I love the Flowmaster sound but don't want it TOO loud.

I have super 44s on my 300c and I deleted the resonators and that thing growls and reacts quickly at the touch of the gas. I'm very satisfied with the sound , very beasty

Well I don’t get the droning sound if that’s what you’re asking. MPG isn’t any better or worse. I’ll tell you this though, you can watch the gas hand move from Freddie towards Eddie when you put the hammer down. I love my car. Actually a birthday gift from my wife. Not to myself. Lol.

Delete the Mufflers and the Resonators replace with Two 12 inch glass packs it will sound like HEAVEN! 💯 (Also Delete the X-Pipe and convert it to H-Pipe) as that Removes the Highway "Drone" and makes it sound like a Truck really Deep Toned

I have a 2019 RT that I just bought used with the same mod. I will unfortunately say it's fun for a week, and then, at certain RPMs, like 8th gear auto at around 60 to 70 mph cruising, it has a pretty loud drone. Too loud in my opinion. So I may go with either the Quad Dynomax mod or Vibrant. I'm not 18 anymore.

Yeah the 5.7 hemi does that farting after you take out the mid muffler but my 6.4 sounds awesome with the mids.

Dodge has actually not made an actual hemi engine in a while the modern day hemi engines actually don’t have hemisphere shape cylinders
