Those pouches can hold a lot, even though they are small. Finally a video where someone has loaded it up with good tools and other items. I've done the same and gotten several of these Leatherman pouches and really loaded them up with small tools and extras.

tweezers yes, flashlight yes, multitool yes. the compass you'd be better served with a full sized one, same with the steel and striker, the rest I would say leave at home when camping or hiking.

Great set. Few suggestions: 1. Ratchet VIM Tools HBR3 (can be found on Ebay) - very tiny but very capable. 2. Knipex Cobra XS (100 mm) or Knipex plier wrench 100 mm (Cobra can handle 1 inch diameter) instead of your adjustable wrench.
