Thanks for watching!
In all my research this is the way to go (other than the body lift), BroncoNation does collars front and rear so as to NOT screw up existing geometry. I'm adding 37s on SAS. 2" collars up front. 2 inch spacers in rear.
Other lift kits provide a bracket for the rear stabilizer bar to maintain the same distance, is this needed since i have a sway bar for towing? Also there in other kits they have a braket to help with spacing for the front diff how does this work with the Zone kit?
What about the cv shafts angel and joints?
Do you happen to know what the total hight of the vehicle was after install? Hoping to clear the garage header lol
Don't you need to add a track bar relocation bracket for the rear due to the spacer lift?
Nice video. Does this setup avoid over extended CV-joint drop? I heard it is a common issue when lifting the Sasquatch.

I would like to know as well?

The front collar helps avoid this issue. Use a collar kit up front and a space in the rear
I just bought mine and the owner before me installed their 4in lift kit. I'm not a big car person and am not to familiar with lifts and the mechanical side of things but according to their site it says that the vehicle should be level. mine sags very poorly in the rear. How would one fix that? One video states just get an alignment but I have a feeling its more than that. Any help would be nice!
Just curious what’s the point of the collars on front struts?
So just to be clear you put 37s on a sasquatch and experienced no rubbing on road? What size tire did you use?
First like nice work

So happy for you
Is upper control arms necessary?
Is the front just perch collar lift or is it combined with a spacer as well?
@MainLineOverland

Both, as well as the UCA's and some other bits
You are running 37” before lift what are your wheel specs diameter and offset, how does it ride after lift?
@MainLineOverland
2 жыл бұрын
We're running 17x8 Evo Corse Dakar wheels +0 offset, the truck rides great with the lift! Virtually no difference from stock height.
With this kit installed could I run 37x13.50x24 with 24x14s

Not sure, that is not your average wheel.
So this was added to a vehicle that already had a sas pakage?

correct!
wow this kit seems like a Total PIA compared to other kits , How are you managing or mitigating the issues of Tie rods breaking with these size lifts?
@DRDRE-ex6yg
2 жыл бұрын
There is no mitigating! The Tie Rods are Xtra heavy duty, and there hasn't been any issues with breakage! The complete kit, although more complex than others, is super strong, and can handle any terrain!
Any guesses on how much this would cost in labor or how many hours this would take?

Close to $800 for the install and should take about 6 hours .
